In this role, you will be on the front lines of converting high-intent leads into closed deals and directly driving revenue impact from day one. This position is ideal for someone early in their business development career who is excited to work at the intersection of partnerships, go-to-market execution, and business growth. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring inbound opportunities are routed, qualified, and advanced through each stage of our sales process. To succeed, you will develop a deep understanding of Rain’s product suite, communicate our value proposition clearly to prospective partners, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help move deals from first touch through close. Importantly, this role offers a clear path for growth within Rain’s business development organization. As you ramp and demonstrate strong execution, you will have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities over time. Today, Rain is growing quickly with frequent onboarding, expanding tooling, and increasing security requirements. We operate in a sector that is actively targeted by malicious actors so we need someone who can baseline security—bringing structure, best practices, and calm execution to a fast-moving environment. This role is both hands-on and strategic. You’ll manage day-to-day IT operations while also leading key security initiatives like access controls, device management, MFA, and audits across our internal tools. As Rain scales globally, you’ll design systems and processes that scale with the company. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure employees have the tools they need to work effectively, without compromising security or compliance.
