We connect protocols with institutional investors through four annual flagship events and direct connectivity opportunities. ## The Position As a **Senior Relationship Manager**, you are responsible for developing strong relationships and supporting leading digital asset protocols participating in The Tie's Corporate Access platform. You will serve as one of the primary points of contact, communicating key information and helping them effectively position their story, engage institutional investors, and maximize outcomes. In the role, you will work cross-functionally with leadership and the events team to deliver a seamless client experience, while proactively identifying opportunities for deeper engagement. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem—including both protocols and institutional participants—along with deep relationship management experience and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically. ## Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for The Tie's corporate access clients, delivering exceptional relationship management and support. * Provide a high-touch, white-glove client experience, ensuring client needs are anticipated and exceeded. * Manage and execute The Tie Innovator Webinar Series, including planning, coordination, and client engagement. * Connect protocols with relevant institutional partners through thoughtful, strategic introductions aligned with their core objectives. * Maintain strong attention to detail across all client interactions, deliverables, and internal coordination. * Track client activity, feedback, and engagement to inform relationship strategy and growth opportunities. * Cultivate strong, active relationships with institutional clients and partners to effectively identify and facilitate meaningful introductions between them and our protocol clients. ## Requirements * Full-time client-facing work experience, working with crypto protocols and/or institutional investors. * Proven experience in relationship management or client-facing roles, preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services. * Strong knowledge of capital markets, digital assets, blockchain protocols, and the institutional crypto landscape. * A deep understanding of crypto, including DeFi, RWAs, smart-contract protocols, and other industry sectors is highly preferred. * Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and experiences. ## Benefits * Competitive compensation (salary, bonus, and options). * Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance. * Flexible paid time off. * A fast-paced and exciting work environment. * Strong teamwork-driven culture. **Salary Range:** $120,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience. **Location:** New York City preferred / remote considered. Our core offering, **The Tie Terminal**, is the fastest and most comprehensive workstation for institutional digital asset investors. The Tie’s clients include the leading traditional and crypto-native hedge funds, OTC desks, market makers, trading venues, banks, sell-side firms, and other institutional market participants. ## The Position As an **Account Manager**, you are responsible for delivering a high-touch white-glove experience supporting our clients while working closely with the Account Executive team to drive upsells and net revenue retention. You will build a network of strong relationships within your assigned accounts and be a brand ambassador for The Tie. ## What You Will Work On * Build strong relationships with assigned institutional clients * Work alongside the Account Executives to win new business and increase sales * Provide support for customers in the pre-sales and post-sales processes * Maintain CRM including recording detailed notes from meetings with clients * Answering client questions via their designated support channel * Communicate new feature launches * Build dashboards, watchlists and news feeds for new clients * Aggregate product feedback from clients and present to the product team * Prospect and network for upsells to existing clients * Drive net retention ## Requirements * BA/BS degree or relevant account management experience * Experience or passion for cryptocurrency markets is a must * Experience interacting with institutional investors is strongly preferred * An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions * Excellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * SQL and Python experience is a plus * CRM and client prospecting experience ## Benefits * Competitive compensation * Employee stock option plan * Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance * Flexible paid time off * Flexible working hours * A fast-paced and exciting work environment * Strong teamwork-driven culture **Salary range:** $75,000 - $110,000 + Commission **Location:** New York City strongly preferred / hybrid considered The TIE Inc is an equal opportunity employer. *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*
