Social Media Operator (Twitter) / Content Operator (Web3)

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content on Twitter and other social media platforms, driving account growth and enabling fast 0–1 scaling.
• Track industry trends and produce diverse content formats, including graphics, short-form posts, trend breakdowns, and AI-related content.
• Conduct social media data analysis to optimize content direction and improve exposure and engagement.
• Participate in content topic selection and script writing, ensuring professional quality and a consistent style.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD, Product, and other teams to support campaign execution and promotional activities.
• Candidates with project-side or media/KOL resources are preferred and may assist in content promotion and partnership communication.

Requirements

• Familiar with the Web3 industry, with strong content creation and trend-spotting abilities.
• Experience in social media operations or proven success in growing accounts; able to drive rapid account growth in a short time.
• Good English communication skills; able to support cross-border communication and content editing.
• Strong self-motivation, excellent execution, and proactive communication skills.
• Experience in content production, design/editing, or relevant project resources is a plus.
