Community & Socials Manager - Kazakhstan
Location: Kazakhstan, Almaty / Kazakhstan, Astana Department: Marketing – Local Marketing Commitment: Full-time Onsite or Remote Workplace Type: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Manage local social media channels, community events / online sessions, and series of product webinars / AMAs.
- Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials.
- Cover localization from global initiatives & lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages).
- Directly collaborate with regional Binance Angels and content agencies for communication efficiency.
- Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics.
- Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research, content optimization).
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Community Building.
- Strong interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus).
- Trilingual English/Kazak/Russian is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
