Track Record by Interstice Digital is looking for independent traders who are ready to turn a verifiable trading history into a fundable career. We build the infrastructure that converts your returns into something allocators can actually act on.

What this role looks like

• You trade what you know across any combination of perps, prediction markets, sports betting, crypto spot and derivatives, or structured products
• We timestamp and verify every trade on-chain
• When your track record qualifies, we unlock compliance infrastructure, prime brokerage access, and introductions to outside capital

What we're looking for

• A documented edge in at least one asset class
• Consistent returns you can stand behind
• No interest in working for someone else

Responsibilities

• Execute trades across one or more asset classes including perpetual futures, prediction markets, sports betting, crypto spot and derivatives, and structured products
• Connect trading accounts to the Track Record platform for automated performance verification
• Develop and refine a trading thesis with a repeatable edge
• Manage position sizing and risk within your own defined parameters
• Meet periodic performance reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Active trading experience across one or more asset classes including perpetual futures, prediction markets, sports betting, crypto spot and derivatives, or structured products
• Unique trading thesis with a demonstrable edge in at least one market
• Familiarity with relevant platforms and infrastructure including Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase Advanced, Kraken, Hyperliquid, dYdX, GMX, Drift, Vertex, Gains Network, Aevo, Synthetix, Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, PrizePicks, DraftKings, FanDuel, Pinnacle, Bet365, MetaMask, Phantom, Rabby, Rainbow, Stargate, Across, Hop, LayerZero, Aave, Uniswap, Pendle, Ethena, Morpho, Maple, or Spark
• Comfortable operating across Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, BNB Chain, Polygon, Sui, or Aptos
• Self-directed; able to operate independently without institutional support
