Job Description

As a Fedi Knight, you will represent the Fedi Order in your country and take ownership of Fedi’s on-the-ground growth. This is a leadership role for individuals who want real responsibility, autonomy, and impact.

You are expected to deeply understand your region, identify where momentum can be created, and organize people around shared goals. This includes recruiting and leading Ambassadors, cultivating local partnerships, and driving consistent, coordinated activity across communities. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just meet targets, but consistently pushes beyond them.

Knights operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability. You will be trusted to make decisions, prioritize initiatives, and move work forward quickly — while staying aligned with Fedi’s global strategy and values.

You should be highly comfortable using AI as a core part of how you work. We expect you to actively use AI tools to move faster, think more clearly, and produce higher-quality outputs across your responsibilities. This could include researching new markets, generating and refining communications, structuring plans, analyzing community data, or streamlining operational workflows. You should see AI as a natural extension of your capabilities and consistently look for ways to apply it in your day-to-day work.

This role is designed for someone who has built teams, grown initiatives through people, and led distributed networks. You should be comfortable setting direction, motivating others, tracking progress, and turning collective energy into tangible outcomes.

About the Fedi Order

The Fedi Order is a group of highly motivated, passionate individuals working to support Fedi in bringing hyperbitcoinization to their regions. United by a belief in the freedom of money and communication, we empower communities through hands-on support, real-world education, and expertise with everyday use of Freedom Technologies, helping build resilient local economies and better tools that help freedom scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Fedi’s field operations and community expansion in your country.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach local Ambassadors and community leaders.
• Translate global strategy into clear, local execution plans.
• Support adoption by connecting communities, merchants, brokers, and partners.
• Lead and support regional meetups, workshops, and ecosystem events.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for regional progress.
• Support onboarding, education, and feedback loops from the field.
• Represent Fedi at regional and international gatherings.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Bitcoin and grassroots community adoption.
• Proven leadership in community building, partnerships, or network-driven initiatives.
• Results-oriented and numbers-focused, with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Comfortable recruiting, motivating, and coordinating people at scale.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.
• Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.
• Fluent in English and (local language if applicable).
• High autonomy, discipline, and ownership mindset.
• Strong alignment with freedom technology, privacy and digital sovereignty.
