Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Overall Planning

  • Own the overall product strategy, roadmap, and long-term planning for the company’s general product lines.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product directions and priorities.
  • Make informed trade-offs and balance across trading, growth, account systems, and end-user experience to maximize ROI on resource allocation.

• Product Lines & Business Execution

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business model and work closely with Business, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure products are successfully launched and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Team Management & Capability Building

  • Build and lead the general product team, including hiring, developing, and performance management of product managers.
  • Establish product methodologies and operating mechanisms to promote overall professionalism and delivery efficiency.
  • Take hands-on ownership of critical initiatives when needed, acting as the primary accountable owner to drive resolution of complex problems.

• Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve cross-team dependencies.
  • Drive decision-making in complex organizational environments and ensure product direction is not overly diluted.
  • Own product outcomes, continuously track core metrics, and drive ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred.
• 8+ years of product experience, including 3–5+ years of product team management experience.
• Experience with complex product ecosystems; familiarity with trading products, account systems, or B2B back-office platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to understand technical implementation, user experience, and business objectives simultaneously, with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Highly results-oriented, with the ability to execute effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments.
