Tact is proud to support a company building a new kind of decentralized real-world infrastructure. Their platform brings real-world assets onto the blockchain. They are looking for a Senior Blockchain Developer to join a team that has strong roots within Blockchain technology.

You’ll focus on building scalable Django APIs and backend services to support their app and partner network, and on designing efficient interactions with its on-chain smart contracts.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Blockchain Developer

• Build and maintain GraphQL and REST APIs that power the mobile app and partner integrations, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and code quality.
• Extend and customize Django’s admin interface to create effective internal tools and CRM features that support evolving business workflows.
• Develop and maintain Solidity smart contracts, on-chain data systems, oracle flows, and cross-chain integrations that support the company’s decentralized energy platform.
• Contribute to backend architecture, optimize performance, support CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, and bring in new technologies to strengthen the system.

Requirements of the Senior Blockchain Developer

• 5+ years building APIs and backend services
• 2+ years developing Solidity and/or smart contracts
• Strong grasp of API design and best practices
• Experience with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Ability to write clean, well-structured, well-documented code
• Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, and general network request handling

Desirable

• Experience with Celery, Django admin sites
• Experience with smart contract audits
