Senior Product Manager (Card Issuing)
Location: Shanghai, China / Hong Kong / Hong Kong, SAR Department: Payments – Product Solutions Workplace Type: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and iteration of global Visa / Mastercard card issuing products, driving continuous optimization and innovation in alignment with the company’s business objectives and market strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end launch of card issuing products from 0 to 1, including requirement analysis, product design, development, launch, and go-to-market execution.
- Coordinate and collaborate with banks, card networks (Visa / Mastercard), issuing service providers, and other financial institutions to ensure successful implementation and launch of partnership projects.
- Continuously optimize product experience and business processes based on operational and transaction data as well as user feedback, and take ownership of product performance and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication (overseas study or work experience is a plus).
- 5+ years of product experience in the internet or financial services industry, with experience related to Visa / Mastercard card issuing (overseas or cross-border issuing experience preferred).
- Familiar with the ecosystem of banks, card networks, and card issuing service providers, with experience in driving external partnerships.
- Strong cross-border communication and collaboration skills, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Highly self-motivated, data-driven, and able to quickly adapt to new businesses and evolving industry environments.
