Salary Range

• Senior level: $190,000 - $200,000
• Principal level: $215,000 - $225,000

Seniority

5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in driving product success.

Responsibilities

As a Senior/Principal Product Manager at Crossmint, you will:

• Lead End-to-End Product Development: Guide the full lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Drive Strategic Product Vision: Define holistic user journeys across our product suite, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class experience.
• Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Establish and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Shaping Payments & Tokenization: Lead initiatives around digital payments, tokenization, and financial innovation.
• Stay Ahead of Competitors: Monitor the market landscape to ensure our offerings remain at the cutting edge of the crypto and blockchain space.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that resonate with users and align with our high standards.

About You

You are a seasoned product leader with a keen understanding of product management and onchain technology. Specifically, you:

• Bring Web3 Expertise: Have hands-on experience in the web3 space and understand its technical and market dynamics.
• Excel in API Design: Have a background in architecting and delivering API-driven products or developer platforms.
• Have 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: Demonstrate a strong track record of building and iterating successful products.

• Previous involvement in crypto infrastructure, wallet products, key management, or developer tooling.
