We are looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build. ## You will: ### Financial Planning & Analysis - Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets and liquidity planning for the organization - Develop, manage and maintain complex financial models for overall organization as well as various business initiatives - Lead quarterly finance reviews and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making ### Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze off- and on-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Build tooling and models to collect, analyze and validate data, monitor trends, and flag discrepancies or anomalies - Work with the data team to build reliable dashboards - Collaborate with external partners as well as cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis as well as to ensure controls execution ### Partnership & Program Performance - Analyze how markets, partnerships, and incentive programs are performing over time, and which are creating long-term value - Provide insights to inform new incentive strategies or partner programs - Think of yourself as the strategic thought partner to our growth teams. You turn data into business insight ## You have: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of experience as strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, private equity or other high-performance industry - Crypto experience is strongly preferred - Extremely strong analytical skills and detail oriented - Proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving multiple workstreams independently - Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize insights clearly - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required; experience with Causal, Airtable, and Coefficient a plus When applying, mention the word **CANDYSHOP** to show you read the job post completely.

We are looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build. ## The Opportunity Solana Foundation is seeking a highly driven **Developer Marketer**. Developers are the heart of the community and help shape the future of products on Solana. The goal of this role is to attract new talent into the ecosystem, help with distribution of developer resources, and raise the average skill level of Solana developers with the Developer Relations team. This role requires an entrepreneurial, self-motivated marketer with an eye for understanding what attracts developers, how to improve distribution of all channels, and with enough agency can help build the narrative around developing on Solana. ## To be successful in this role **You will:** - Design and execute developer acquisition and retention strategies across channels (social, content, events, hackathons, communities). - Craft clear, compelling narratives around Solana’s dev tooling: SDKs, payments rails, DeFi primitives, AI integrations and beyond. - Identify and run initiatives to bring in new talent into the ecosystem. - Build awareness through campaigns, partnerships, and targeted outreach to web2 and web3 dev communities. - Collaborate with technical leads to produce content such as tutorials, example apps, case studies, and developer spotlights. - Analyze developer funnel metrics including activation, retention, engagement and continuously improve based on data-driven insights. - Coordinate with ecosystem partners, accelerators, and educational programs to scale Solana’s reach among builders. - Stay deeply embedded in dev conversations (Twitter, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and represent Solana in the right channels. **You ideally have:** - 4+ years in developer marketing, hackathon promotion, developer relations, or technical growth at a developer-focused company (blockchain or SaaS preferred). - Understanding of the developer journey, from initial awareness to adoption, contribution, and retention. - Experience with blockchain or fintech products (e.g., smart contracts, payments, DeFi, custody, or API integrations). - Ability to translate technical topics into engaging, approachable content for developers. - Proficiency in developer channels and growth tactics, open-source communities, hackathons, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord, X/Twitter, etc. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, ecosystem, and protocol teams. **Bonus points:** - Familiarity with Solana’s developer stack and application ecosystem. - Prior experience managing or growing a developer community or open-source project. - Strong technical writing or content creation background. - Experience running developer incentive programs or hackathons. - Comfort with data analysis and performance tracking for developer funnels. *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*
