This role will play a pivotal part in promoting network health, decentralization, and maintaining censorship resistance on Solana. You will be required to understand the current staking ecosystem and how to strategically deploy stake to improve network health. You will support the Solana Foundation’s relationships with the validator community, stakepools, and custodians while advocating for stakers on Solana.</p><p>Finally, this role should be a ruthless advocate of decentralization and censorship resistance. We sit at the intersection of deep protocol infrastructure and trader-facing product work, making the complexity of Solana accessible to teams accustomed to centralized exchange venues. ## The Opportunity **Solana Foundation** is seeking a **Trading Engineer** to join our Trading team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in Solana's transaction lifecycle with the communication skills and initiative to work directly with traders, market makers and HFT firms. You will help build and support the APIs, data infrastructure and onboarding processes that bring professional trading volume to Solana.
