## Crypto Business Operations Associate We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Crypto Business Operations Associate** to support liquidity, pricing, and trading execution across our exchange. You will help maintain a competitive market environment, optimize both internal and external liquidity, and manage risk and PnL across trading activities. ### Key Responsibilities - Maintain competitive spreads, strong market depth, and reliable execution quality on the exchange - Ensure our USDT/IDR bid–ask pricing stays competitive against the broader market - Manage and monitor FX exposure and hedging activities to control risk - Collaborate with external market makers and liquidity providers to optimize liquidity - Monitor for trading anomalies, market disruptions, and liquidity risks, escalating when necessary - Track and analyze PnL performance, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization ### Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field - Experienced in crypto, FX, market making, or trading operations - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and with great attention to detail - Solid understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and liquidity mechanics - Proficiency in Excel; SQL and Python are strong advantages - Clear and structured communicator, able to work effectively with product, treasury, and risk teams *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*
