This role will work closely with our management team to cultivate and manage a high-quality global investor base, support capital-raising efforts, and communicate Animoca Brands’ strategy, performance, and vision to the investment community. ### Responsibilities - Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including venture capital firms, institutional investors, and strategic partners. - Act as a trusted partner to investors, understanding their objectives and aligning them with Animoca Brands’ opportunities where appropriate. - Work closely with the Strategic Finance team to align IR messaging with financial strategy, capital structure, and key transactions. - Manage the preparation of investor materials, including quarterly reports, investor presentations, fact sheets, and briefing documents for senior leadership. - Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and annual general meetings, ensuring all logistics and content are executed to a high standard. - Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments within the blockchain and gaming sectors to provide actionable insights to the executive team. - Assist in the execution of capital raising activities and other corporate transactions by providing IR support and managing investor due diligence processes. - Ensure all investor communications comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. ### Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8+ years of proven experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within the technology, gaming, or fintech sectors. - Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets. - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences. - Strong interest in and knowledge of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the decentralized web. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to our global investor base is a plus. ### The Perks of Joining Animoca Brands - **A Vibrant and Diverse Workplace:** Immerse yourself in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment with colleagues from over 15 nationalities (and growing!). You will support daily and monthly financial reporting activities for the digital asset trading desk. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations Team, Traders, Finance, and Treasury to maintain data integrity, manage profit and loss (P&L), and strengthen financial controls. The primary product built by Moca Network is AIR Kit, a digital identity infrastructure that enables Web2 and Web3 projects to create a universal embedded account for users to own and use digital assets, identity, and reputation data, while gaining access to a suite of DeFi and consumer services provided by Moca Network's partners. AIR Kit empowers large user base apps to create their own app ecosystem natively with embedded blockchain features, while ensuring these users can use the same account, identity, reputation across all consumer apps on any chains that have adopted AIR Kit. ## Job Summary We're looking for a Head of US to be our face in the market and lead our expansion across the United States. This is a player-coach role: you'll own strategy and execution, represent Moca at the highest levels, and work hands-on to source and close enterprise deals. You'll be the voice of Moca Network in the US market—on stage, in meetings, and across the ecosystem. You'll build relationships with senior executives at major consumer brands, fintech companies, and data platforms. And you'll partner closely with our HQ team in Asia to shape how we position and commercialize our offerings. This role is ideal for someone who has sold complex B2B solutions into enterprise accounts, understands the identity or data space, and thrives in fast-moving, always evolving environments.
