Reporting into the Senior Creative Operations Lead, you’ll work closely with writers, creatives and producers to bring stories to life about some of the world’s leading artists. You’ll be hands-on shooting and editing content across studios, galleries and partner locations - capitalising on our unique access to artists to create category-defining content that inspires our global community and collector base. ### **What You’ll Be Responsible For** - Shooting and editing compelling short-form video content for a range of digital platforms - Shooting and editing stills and video on location at our partner print studio, artist studios and galleries - Crafting strong narrative-driven edits that align with brand tone, messaging and audience goals - Subtitling video content with impeccable grammar, punctuation and attention to detail - Collaborating with the content team to align on scripts, key messages and creative direction - Selecting and editing music to enhance storytelling and pacing - Applying motion graphics and visual treatments where appropriate - Staying up to date with content capture, video editing, motion graphics and platform trends - Drawing inspiration from leading culture, art and life - Managing multiple projects, working to deadlines and engagement targets ### **Skills and Experience We’re Looking For** - Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder - Confident video capture experience, including working on location and directing people on set - Strong photography skills - Solid understanding of video, audio and digital file formats - Experience using Frame.io for feedback and collaboration - Knowledge of media management, archiving and workflows - Working knowledge of web content platforms and streaming/encoding best practices - High attention to detail, with excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation - Strong organisational, project and time management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Passion for art and popular culture, with the ability to make creative cross-cultural connections ### **You’ll Likely Have** - A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing - Experience working with a top culture, art or lifestyle brand - Previous experience in a similar videographer/photographer/editor role ### **Nice to Have** - Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Audition - Knowledge of third-party plugins - Strong motion graphics capability ### **Benefits Include** - *Generous equity allowance* - *Private Healthcare (UK)* - *Enhanced pension contributions and parental leave policies* - *25 days of holiday plus four extra company wide days* - *L&D budget of €1000 per year per employee* - *Regular company socials* - *Art loan scheme for employees* *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*

We really do encourage everyone to proactively step outside of their job description if they see something that could be improved but the core of your role will involve: **Frame Production -** - Produce large quantities of frames (including cutting and pinning wood, mounting the prints, and assembling the final product) for fine art prints - Preparing the art prints for what is known as a “floating frame” – the works are mounted elevated on their backing - Assembling the frame completely free of smudges or marks, resulting in a carefully crafted final product **Quality Control -** - Ensure high quality at every stage of the production line - Inspect finished frames for defects (scratches, uneven corners, wrong dimensions) - Check artwork placement, (plexi)glass cleanliness, and backing security - Report flaws and ensure corrections are made before dispatch - Supporting the implementation of quality control protocols **Maintenance & Organization -** - Organize materials, tools, and workstations for efficiency - Monitor stock levels and inform the Framing Manager when to reorder - Support the Framing Manager in scheduling production to meet targets and deadlines - Help to ensure health and safety regulations are followed **Communication & Reporting -** - Communicate daily updates to the Framing Manager - Log progress on production jobs - Report any issues (e.g., delays, broken tools, low stock) - Liaise with suppliers or delivery staff on behalf of the Framing Manager, as needed **The main skills we’re looking for are:** - A hands-on, practical mindset – you enjoy working with wood and art - A good eye for detail – you take pride in delivering neat, high-quality work - A reliable and proactive attitude — you see what needs doing and get it done - An organised approach to work – you keep things running smoothly even when it’s busy **We think you’ll probably have:** - Basic technical knowledge of tools, equipment and materials (from framing, woodworking, or other similar experience) - Some prior experience in a workshop, production environment, or craft-based role (but it’s not a dealbreaker if you don’t have this experience) - Clear and friendly communication skills — whether you're talking to your team or updating a spreadsheet - An appreciation for art, design, or craftsmanship *Don’t meet every single requirement? Working closely with our Programme Management, Account Management, Warehouse, and Make-Ready (print studio) teams, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multiple projects with three key goals: ensuring projects are produced to our exacting quality standards, on-time, and on-budget. As a **Creative**, you’ll be imagining and articulating those ideas, translating each artist’s practice into concepts that feel authentic, exciting, and achievable. Working closely with our Creative Production Director, you’ll develop concepts, shape pitches, and contribute to editions that resonate deeply with artists and collectors. ### What You’ll Do **Concept & Artist Development** - Develop original edition concepts tailored to each artist’s practice.
