Our team is globally recognized for industry-leading events and coordinated VIP networking for Crypto and Finance audiences. Your contributions will be central to the success of our events which will require managing the logistics for conferences and CoinDesk webinars, handling data integration, and supporting VIP communications with senior executives from leading financial institutions. You will strive to coordinate smooth processes between teams and across the event production lifecycle by partnering closely with CoinDesk Marketing, Procurement, and Production departments to ensure successful execution. This role requires an important combination of outstanding communication, organizational, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple high-priority projects concurrently with ambitious deadlines. If you are passionate about event and relationship management and have a keen interest in finance and crypto, we would love to hear from you! *This position is based in NYC and will be required to work onsite from our office located in Chelsea a minimum of 4 days per week.* ## What You’ll Do * Manage logistics for CoinDesk Institutional conference production, including managing onsite staff, printing materials, coordinating sponsor participation, and managing venue communications. * Manage and integrate data into company systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information across all platforms. * Coordinate weekly communications with corporate VIP members, handle registrations, and address special requests to ensure exceptional experiences. * Assist in the creation and distribution of weekly newsletters. * Serve as a key liaison between marketing, logistics, procurement, and production teams, ensuring alignment across all efforts and timely execution of projects. * Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth execution across production timelines, data integration, and communications efforts. * Work closely with clients, CoinDesk marketing and audio/visual departments to lead logistics on our sponsored webinar productions. ## What You Bring * 2+ years of experience in client services or a similar role in traditional finance. Event production experience is highly desirable but not required. * Proficiency in Office 365 and Google Suite tools; MS Word/Google Docs, MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc. * Prior experience interfacing with C-Suite/Executive-level clients, Corporate VIPs, and internal Senior Leadership stakeholders. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment. * Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects concurrently. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. * Willingness to learn new systems and manage the department’s use of marketing, sales and project management tools; i.e., Sailthru, Salesforce, Airtable and DocuSign. ## Bonus Points For * Professional experience or personal interest in the crypto, blockchain and Web3 industries. * Hands-on experience with SailThru, Salesforce, AirTable, and DocuSign or similar tools. * Prior experience with VIP events and B2B/B2C event production. *Bullish US LLC and CoinDesk Inc are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. Reporting directly to the VP, Head of Strategy Operations, you will be the chief architect of critical transactions, structuring deals from initial concept to flawless execution, and serving as the organization's essential resource on BTH's dynamic activities. The ideal candidate is an execution-driven self-starter who is deeply passionate about the crypto space, thrives in a fast-paced, "always-on" environment, and possesses the strategic agility to constantly "think outside the box" while working to accelerate the global adoption of digital assets alongside an industry leader. ## Responsibilities * **Liquidity Deal Execution:** Lead the end-to-end financial analysis and execution for all liquidity deals, including debt financing, structured finance, and other capital-raising initiatives. This involves building detailed financial models, conducting due diligence, and preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders. * **Capital & Liquidity Strategy:** Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on optimal capital allocation and liquidity management. Identify and analyze opportunities to enhance the company's financial position and funding sources in a highly efficient and effective manner. * **Treasury & Trading Partnership:** Act as a key finance partner to our Treasury and Trading teams. Ensure onboardings are facilitated in a timely manner. ## Experience & Qualifications * 5+ years of progressive experience in a front-office financial services role; trading, strategic finance, transaction advisory, leveraged finance, etc. with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and analysis. Experience in a financial services, FinTech, or a digital assets company is preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA, CFA, or similar professional designation is a significant plus. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, with a proven ability to build and manage highly complex financial models from scratch. Experience with financial and/or blockchain analysis software is a plus. * Familiarity with crypto exchanges and trading systems. Exposure to DeFi and CeFi protocols and strategies is highly desirable. * Experience with management of counterparties, preferably with financial institutions such as custody and banking partners. * Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement, such as ChatGPT, GeminiAI, etc. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a rigorous, detail-oriented approach.
