We are looking for an experienced individual to lead complex trading and risk management initiatives from early discovery and proof-of-concept through to production launch and scaling. The role involves close collaboration with Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver compliant, scalable trading and risk management capabilities integrated with the core platform. As we expand beyond pure digital assets custody, we need a **Senior Product Manager** to lead the implementation of custody and settlement adding-value services—introducing innovations such as permissioned DeFi yield generation or Google Cloud Universal Ledger currency operator capabilities. We are currently looking for an **SRE & Platform Engineer** focused on application reliability, platform enablement, and the engineering experience of our internal teams. You will ensure that the backend services powering our Trading, Custody, Settlement, Staking, and Pledging platforms run reliably, scalably, and efficiently. Our systems run on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), orchestrated with Kubernetes, and are composed of ~25 microservices designed for high availability and multi-region capability.
