## Blockchain Developer – CZR Exchange (U.S.) 📍 **Location:** United States (On-site / Hybrid Preferred) 🏢 **Company:** CZR Exchange 🚀 **Employment Type:** Full-Time | Engineering ### About CZR Exchange CZR Exchange is building a next-generation digital asset platform designed for speed, security, and regulatory compliance. As part of our U.S. expansion, we are assembling an **elite in-house engineering team** to develop core blockchain infrastructure, trading systems, and next-gen financial products aligned with U.S. regulatory standards, including engagement with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. ### The Opportunity We’re hiring **Blockchain Developers** to join our U.S. team and help architect and build the core infrastructure powering CZR Exchange. This is a rare opportunity to work on: - Exchange architecture - Custody systems - Smart contracts - On-chain/off-chain integrations - High-performance trading infrastructure You’ll be building **mission-critical systems from the ground up** in a fast-moving, well-funded environment. ### What You’ll Do #### Core Development - Design and build blockchain-based systems and infrastructure - Develop and deploy smart contracts (EVM and/or other ecosystems) - Integrate on-chain functionality with backend trading systems - Build secure wallet, custody, and transaction pipelines #### Exchange Infrastructure - Work on high-performance order matching and execution systems - Integrate blockchain nodes and RPC infrastructure - Optimize latency, throughput, and system reliability #### Security & Compliance - Implement best practices in smart contract and wallet security - Collaborate with compliance teams to align with U.S. regulatory frameworks - Ensure systems meet institutional-grade standards #### Collaboration - Work closely with product, risk, and compliance teams - Contribute to system architecture and technical strategy - Help build and scale CZR’s in-house engineering team ### What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of blockchain development experience - Strong proficiency in one or more: **Solidity / Rust / Go / Python / TypeScript** - Experience working with: - Ethereum / EVM-compatible chains - Smart contracts and Web3 integrations - Understanding of blockchain fundamentals: - Consensus mechanisms - Cryptography - Wallets and transactions ### Bonus Points - Experience building exchange or trading systems - Familiarity with custody solutions and key management (MPC, HSMs) - Experience with high-frequency or low-latency systems - Contributions to open-source blockchain projects ### Why Join CZR - Build a U.S.-regulated crypto exchange from the ground up - Work on cutting-edge blockchain and trading infrastructure - Competitive salary + equity + token incentives - High-impact role in a fast-scaling global company *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*
