## Service Manager (Crypto and Cloud) We currently have a vacancy for a **Service Manager (Crypto and Cloud)** fluent in English. The successful candidate will be based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. ### Your Tasks * Provide expert technical assistance on Cryptographic services and solutions, as well as implementation of customer use cases that can involve integration with other services at application, platform, or infrastructure level whether on-prem or with external Cloud providers as required: technical guidance, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, governance, monitoring. * Manage diverse projects related to the day-to-day operations of the Unit. * Participate in the formulation, planning, and definition of project requirements, liaise with stakeholders and internal customers, participate in requirements gathering, and communicate results. * Develop a deep understanding of internal business processes, oversee their continuous improvement, and manage service reliability. * Ensure quality of the managed service project documentation, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents and deliverables. * Participate in and coordinate project meetings and related activities. * Supervise services delivered within the managed services portfolio. * Ensure that the services delivered by contractors are compliant with 3rd parties process/guidelines. * Evaluate and implement security standards. ### Requirements * Master’s degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 10 years. * Minimum 10 years of experience in the area of Hosting services delivery in fields such as IT Security, Unix hosting, virtualization, etc. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the delivery and supervision of corporate crypto services for large organisations. * Experience with on-prem crypto corporate services. * Experience with hybrid confidential computing by Cloud providers and its security. * Experience with crypto service in the roll-out of a complete stack (from the physical up to the application layer). * The following certificates or equivalent are required: * Thales products: Thales CipherTrust Manager Professional and SafeNet, Luna HSM 7 * ITIL * AWS * Excellent command of the English language. ### How to Apply If you are seeking a career in an exciting, dynamic, and multicultural international environment with exciting opportunities that will boost your career, please send us your detailed CV in English, quoting reference **(19389/12/2025)**.
