By building secure, scalable, and reliable blockchain infrastructure, we support the growth of the global Web3 ecosystem and enable the adoption of decentralized technologies worldwide. ## About The Role We are looking for a **Head of Data Science** to own and scale Everstake’s data science and analytics function. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong technical focus. You will define the data science direction, lead senior-level engineers, and work closely with the CDO, product, engineering, and business teams to drive data-informed decisions across a complex Web3 infrastructure.
