You’ll work on building scalable pipelines and data models that power critical decision-making across the organization. As a **Business Development Associate**, you'll be instrumental in scaling our businesses, leveraging your familiarity with the derivatives space and crypto ecosystem to enhance our client relations and market presence. We are looking for candidates based in NYC. ## What You’ll Do: - **Client Relationships**: Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement. - **Business Development**: Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across the Americas, tailoring your approach to meet client needs. - **Client Onboarding and Education**: Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries. - **Reporting and Coordination**: Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance. ## What You Bring: - **Crypto Passion and Expertise:** Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows.
