Find out more about us and our products at https://www.linkedin.com/company/solayer-labs. ## Role We’re seeking an **Entry-Level / New Grade Software Developer** (2+ years experience) to help build and scale low-latency backend systems for our decentralized trading platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product, and design in a fast-paced startup environment. ## Responsibilities - Build and optimize high-performance trading systems - Develop scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems - Optimize databases and data pipelines for high-volume workloads - Collaborate cross-functionally to ship features and fixes - Write clean, secure, and performant code - Debug and resolve production issues ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (transcript required) - 2+ years of professional backend software development experience - Familiarity with databases, distributed systems, networking, and OS fundamentals - Proficiency in Golang or Rust - Strong problem-solving and communication skills ## Preferred Passionate about DeFi, crypto, or financial/trading systems. --- *Solayer Labs is an equal opportunity employer.
