## Location San Francisco, CA (preferred); Los Angeles, CA; or New York, NY ## Practice Area Corporate / Crypto / Blockchain / Fintech ## Position Type Associate (3–6 Years PQE) A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced **Corporate Associate** with **3–6 years of transactional experience** advising **crypto, blockchain, and web3 companies**. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative clients at the forefront of digital finance, technology, and decentralized platforms. ## Key Responsibilities - Advise crypto and web3 companies on a wide range of transactions, including: - Venture capital financings involving crypto token rights or token warrants - Crypto token, digital asset, and NFT issuances - Primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets - Creation of offshore structures for token and digital asset issuances - General corporate, compensation, and employment matters for emerging companies - Collaborate with founders, investors, and legal teams on complex and fast-evolving regulatory issues - Provide strategic advice on the legal implications of blockchain technology and tokenized assets ## Qualifications - 3–6 years of transactional experience, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors - Understanding of blockchain technology, token mechanics, and digital asset markets - Familiarity with securities law and regulatory frameworks for crypto tokens (preferred) - Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills - Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school ## Compensation & Benefits - Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000 (based on experience) - Performance-based bonuses may be awarded - Comprehensive benefits package including: - Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - Monthly wellness reimbursements and 24/7 mental health support - Family-building benefits (IVF, adoption, surrogacy, egg-freezing) - Paid parental leave and parenting support concierge - In-home and center-based backup childcare - Health Savings Accounts with firm contributions - 401(k) plan, flexible spending accounts, and commuter benefits - Firm-paid CLE, bar dues, and professional development support ## Interested?
