## Senior Backend Developer We’re looking for a **Senior Backend Developer** to help us build and maintain the off-chain infrastructure that powers DeFi protocols. You'll be a founding member of our scripting team, working on everything from automation scripts to monitoring systems. This is a high-ownership role with an emphasis on **best practices, reliability, and maintainability**. If you’re passionate about automation, infrastructure, and Web3—and love writing elegant, testable code—you’ll fit right in. ### Requirements * Senior-level experience with **TypeScript** in production environments. * Proven ability to deploy and manage **scalable, production-ready services**. * Strong understanding of **software testing, CI/CD practices**, and system reliability. * Excellent written and verbal communication in English. * Demonstrated curiosity and passion for **Web3 and decentralized technologies**. ### Nice to Have * Experience with **Rust, Golang, or Python**. * Familiarity with **cloud service providers** (we mostly use AWS) and serverless architectures. * Experience with IaC such as Terraform. * Knowledge of running **blockchain nodes** or integrating with RPC endpoints. * Past work on monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, custom alerts).
