## About Zignaly Zignaly is a digital investing platform focused on building smart, long‑term multi‑asset portfolios. We are evolving beyond traditional crypto positioning and building a strong organic acquisition engine powered by data, structured content systems, and technical SEO excellence. We are looking for a **Senior SEO & Content Manager** who will own organic growth performance end‑to‑end—from keyword strategy to content optimization, publication, technical implementation, and continuous improvement. ## Role Mission Own and scale Zignaly’s organic growth engine, building an acquisition channel that grows consistently over time and is designed to become one of our strongest drivers of customer growth within the next two years. We are not starting from zero, but we are building for scale. This is a leadership role. You will define standards, guide writers, collaborate cross-functionally, and progressively structure the organic function with long-term impact in mind. This role combines: - Strategic SEO leadership - Content system ownership - Technical SEO execution - Team guidance and cross-functional coordination - Data-driven performance accountability Primary content language: English (competitive English-speaking SERPs), with potential future expansion into additional markets. You will not necessarily write most of the content, but you will be fully responsible for its SEO performance and structural quality. Content may be produced by internal writers, freelance contributors, or external partners. Regardless of who writes it, you own: - The keyword targeting and search intent definition - The content brief and structure guidance - The final SEO optimization layer - The publishing and CMS configuration - The performance monitoring and refresh decisions This is not a copywriting role. It is an SEO ownership role with operational CMS responsibility. ## Core Responsibilities ### 1. SEO Strategy & Roadmap - Develop and maintain Zignaly’s SEO strategy aligned with business goals - Define keyword clusters, topic maps, and search intent frameworks - Prioritize opportunities based on traffic, competition, and conversion potential - Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts ### 2. Content Flywheel Ownership - Own the SEO layer of our Content Flywheel - Define content briefs, keyword targets, and search intent before writing begins - Coordinate with writers (internal or external) - Perform final SEO optimization before publication - Publish and QA content directly inside the CMS - Implement internal linking strategy across clusters - Add structured data (schema), metadata, and technical configurations - Continuously identify update opportunities based on performance data - Define refresh cycles and content decay monitoring You are responsible for ensuring each article: - Targets a clear search intent - Is structurally aligned with its keyword cluster - Is internally linked within a strategic architecture - Includes appropriate structured data (schema) - Supports measurable conversion goals ### 3. Performance & Revenue Accountability - Own organic traffic growth targets - Analyze dashboard data including: - Traffic by article and category - Assisted conversions - Direct conversions - Funnel contribution - Make optimization decisions based on measurable business impact - Report insights and recommend actions You are responsible not just for rankings but for business outcomes from SEO. ### 4. Technical SEO Execution - Ensure on-page and technical SEO best practices are implemented - Work directly in the CMS to implement: - Internal & external linking - Structured data / schema - Meta tags and structured markup - Canonicals and indexing rules - Collaborate with developers when advanced technical implementation is required - Identify and resolve crawl, indexing, and performance issues - Strengthen Zignaly’s entity structure and semantic footprint across the web ### 5. Programmatic SEO Execution - Execute and scale programmatic SEO initiatives - Coordinate with external specialists when needed - Define requirements for: - Templates - Widgets - API integrations - Dynamic content generation - Work with developers to deploy scalable search pages Expert-level experience in programmatic SEO is not mandatory, but ownership and execution capability are. ### 6. AI-Driven Search & Authority Building - Develop strategies to increase Zignaly’s visibility in AI-powered search environments (LLMs, generative search, answer engines) - Strengthen brand authority through structured content, citations, and entity optimization - Expand beyond traditional linkbuilding toward brand-level authority signals and high-quality mentions - Monitor how Zignaly appears in AI-generated responses and adjust strategy accordingly ### 7. This is a foundational, high-impact individual contributor role for someone who wants to own and evolve a scalable design infrastructure from the ground up—one that enables high-volume visual production of brand assets, images, banners, and infographics through structure, not personal throughput. This is not a traditional design role. You will build the automated, scalable system that runs our entire visual production operation. You will architect reusable design systems grounded in real production usage, not theoretical frameworks. You will personally operate the system in its early stages, then evolve it to be self-sustaining. You will deliver the v1 architecture for a modular, scalable design system and begin hands-on implementation of core components, templates, standards, and documentation. You will establish the initial AI-assisted workflows for high-volume visual asset production (images, banners, infographics, brand materials), designed with an AI-first mindset from day one—treating AI as a core production layer, not a future experiment. These workflows will be repeatable and focused on leverage, consistency, and scalability, not isolated task acceleration. 2. **Phase 2: System-in-Production & Operational Maturity.** The design system will be live and serve real production needs. You will have automated at least two major visual production streams (e.g., social media assets, marketing materials), measurably reducing the marginal effort per asset. You will be the primary operator, personally ensuring the quality and reliability of the output. Brand governance will begin to be encoded into the system itself, reducing reliance on manual oversight. The system demonstrates predictable output quality and speed. 3. **Phase 3: Scaled Operations & Self-Service.** The system will be the undisputed source of truth for all visual assets. Other teams will begin to self-serve from your system without degrading quality. You will have established clear metrics demonstrating increased production volume with stable (or improved) quality.
