Senior Backend Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help us build and maintain the off-chain infrastructure that powers DeFi protocols. You'll be a founding member of our scripting team, working on everything from automation scripts to monitoring systems. This is a high-ownership role with an emphasis on best practices, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with TypeScript in production environments.
• Proven ability to deploy and manage scalable, production-ready services.
• Strong understanding of software testing, CI/CD practices, and system reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for Web3 and decentralized technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Rust, Golang, or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud service providers (we mostly use AWS) and serverless architectures.
• Experience with IaC such as Terraform.
• Knowledge of running blockchain nodes or integrating with RPC endpoints.
• Past work on monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, custom alerts).
