Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base by proactively reaching out to key stakeholders in the legal, financial, and blockchain sectors. Leveraging your communication and relationship-building skills, you will introduce our cutting-edge services and technology to potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients within the legal, law enforcement, banking, exchange, payment processing, and web3 sectors.
• Initiate contact with key decision-makers through various channels, including calls, emails, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet those needs effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our services and technology.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt business development strategies accordingly.
• Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and results using our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with B2B SaaS or security / compliance sales.
• Familiarity with crypto, AML, or financial crime investigations.
• Experience working with financial institutions, regulators, or law enforcement.
• Comfort using CRM and sales tools.
