Role Overview

Coinflow is seeking a full-time Product Designer who operates at the intersection of design, product thinking, and frontend engineering. This is a foundational hire responsible for shaping how Coinflow’s products are conceived, designed, and built.

This individual will own the end-to-end process of taking complex product problems from discovery and UX design through to UI implementation in production. The ideal candidate is both a strong product designer and a hands-on builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants real ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product experience work from discovery and concept development through wireframes, high-fidelity design, and production implementation
• Translate complex financial, technical, and compliance-driven requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Design and build production UI using React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to scope features and drive execution
• Build and evolve Coinflow’s design system and component library across Figma and code
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas
• Raise the bar for usability, consistency, and product quality across the platform

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product design, frontend product engineering, or hybrid design/engineering roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX depth, and visual craft
• Proven experience shipping real, production-grade product experiences
• Strong proficiency with React and modern frontend frameworks
• Working knowledge of React, Tailwind CSS, and component systems such as shadcn
• Ability to take ambiguous problems from concept to production
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or other highly regulated or complex product domains
• Experience designing and building workflow-heavy or systems-driven products
• Experience building or scaling a design system
• Early-stage or high-growth startup experience
