We are looking for a Launch Manager who can turn vision into coordinated action and bring major initiatives to market with precision.

Your Mission

You will own the end-to-end execution of key launches across product, ecosystem, partnerships, campaigns, and major announcements.

This role is not about ideas. It is about alignment, timelines, accountability, and delivery.

You will work cross-functionally across leadership, development, marketing, legal, and external partners to ensure every launch is structured, synchronized, and executed at a high standard.

What You’ll Do

Lead planning and execution of product and ecosystem launches from concept to post-launch review.
Build detailed launch timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability frameworks.
Coordinate across internal teams including development, compliance, marketing, and design.
Ensure all messaging, regulatory positioning, and communications are aligned before public release.
Oversee launch assets including decks, announcements, landing pages, media kits, and partner communications.
Identify risks early and proactively remove bottlenecks.
Run structured internal launch calls and maintain execution clarity across distributed teams.
Track performance metrics post-launch and report outcomes to leadership.
Continuously improve internal launch systems and documentation for scale.

What You Bring

3–7+ years experience managing product or ecosystem launches in blockchain, fintech, SaaS, AI, or high-growth tech environments.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with legal and compliance-sensitive messaging.
Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and keep teams aligned.
Experience working in globally distributed teams.
Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure, token ecosystems, and market timing dynamics.
