About the Company and Role

A small and highly technical crypto prop trading firm running fully systematic strategies is looking for a new junior to mid-level Quant Trader/Researcher. The team is lean and engineering-driven, with traders closely involved in Python development, live trading infrastructure, execution logic, and trade monitoring, and they maintain a very high technical bar.

The main desks hiring are DeFi and TradFi, which is a new business.

What they are looking for

• 1–5 years in a production-heavy role spanning implementation, trading, and tooling (not purely research/alpha generation).
• Strong Python skills.
• Fully systematic ETF, Equity, Futures, Crypto, and FX would all be relevant backgrounds.
• HFT is a strong preference.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary is based on experience.
