<li>6+ years of SaaS sales, ideally with a track record selling into asset managers</li>
<li>Comfortable handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals</li>
<li>Able to translate between finance, tech, and crypto without making it complicated</li>

<li>A drive to build long-term relationships, not “quick wins”</li>
