## About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain ETL pipelines and process large datasets from APIs, databases, and third-party platforms to enable real-time team analytics. You will automate data preprocessing (cleaning, normalization, validation) for client accounts using rule-based logic and statistical checks to ensure data quality and prepare analysis-ready datasets for modeling and reporting.

## Responsibilities
- Develop data models to extract, classify, and summarize metadata from unstructured documents to forecast market dynamics and support data-driven strategy.
- Design interactive **Tableau** dashboards to visualize KPIs, trends, and progress, and interpret key patterns to support data-driven decisions for stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis on large datasets and apply segmentation, clustering, regression, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support client management, market intelligence, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with business, product, finance, and engineering teams to translate business challenges into data projects (e.g., churn prediction, sales funnel analysis) and provide growth and retention recommendations to leadership.

## Requirements
- Master of Science in **Data Science**, **Business Analytics**, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in large-scale data processing, quality management, predictive modeling, and working with cloud-based data platforms (**Databricks**, **AWS**) in Agile environments using project management tools like **Jira** and **Confluence**.
- Expertise in designing interactive dashboards with **Tableau**.
- Familiarity with **Scikit-learn**, **XGBoost**, **LightGBM**, and **NLP**.
- Proficient in **Python**, **SQL** (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL), and ETL tools (**Apache Airflow**).

## Compensation & Benefits
Target annual salary compensation for this role is **$110,000 to $125,000**. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills and experience of qualified candidates.
