About the Team

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detail-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Discovery & Scoping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications (BRDs/FRDs).
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Process Optimization: Conduct deep-dive business analysis to identify bottlenecks and quantify the impact of process improvements.
  • UAT: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Finance systems, performing root-cause analysis on data discrepancies.
  • Stakeholder Synthesis: Act as the primary translator between non-technical business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment on deliverables. Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all key stakeholders are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Solution Design: Partner with IT and vendors to architect solutions that integrate system logic, data structures, and automation tools to solve business pain points.
  • Risk & Logic Analysis: Identify technical risks, data integrity issues, and system constraints early in the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within a fast-paced MNC, consulting firm or fintech startup.
  • Experience in SQL/Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis is an advantage.
  • A data-informed work style.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to "think outside the box" when navigating system limitations.
  • Prior experience in Finance Transformation/Process automation or the Crypto/Web3 industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding/analysis tools or LLMs to accelerate documentation and data workflows is a plus.
