We’re looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our HK office and assist with daily office administration.


What you’ll do

  • Support the HK office Leadership team with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare basic documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with office operations, onboarding support, and expense coordination
  • Support meetings, events, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Support HR work

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year experience in Admin
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Basic skills in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Applicants must have the right to work in Hong Kong
  • No visa sponsorship will be provided
