What you’ll do

KOL Sourcing & Recruitment

Identify and source relevant Web2 and Web3 KOLs across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Build and maintain a KOL database and pipeline
Assist in evaluating creators based on engagement, audience quality, and content fit

Campaign Execution & Support

Support planning and execution of KOL campaigns from briefing to publishing
Coordinate content submissions, reviews, revisions, and publishing timelines
Ensure KOLs follow campaign requirements, including referral links and CTAs
Track deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion

Agency & External Coordination

Assist in managing relationships with KOL agencies
Collect proposals, quotes, and creator shortlists
Support coordination for larger campaigns, offline activations, or special events

Documentation & Operations

Assist with contract coordination and briefing document distribution
Maintain trackers for KOL status, timelines, and deliverables
Collect post-campaign metrics (views, engagement, signups) and support reporting

Performance Tracking & Learning

Help track campaign performance and basic KPIs
Support post-campaign reviews to identify insights and optimization opportunities

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing operations, or related roles
Strong interest in creator economy, social media, and digital marketing
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Good communication skills; comfortable following up with creators and agencies
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or agencies
Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g. Upfluence, Modash, manual analysis)
Interest in payments, fintech, or digital wallets
