Job Title: Wallet Operations Specialist
We are looking for a Wallet Operations Specialist to support daily crypto wallet and transaction operations.
Your main task is to check transfers, monitor transaction status, and help keep payment workflows stable.
Responsibilities
- Check incoming and outgoing transactions
- Verify network, address, and fee details before sending
- Track transfer status using blockchain explorers
- Maintain simple reports in Excel / Google Sheets
- Escalate complex cases to senior risk/ops teammates
Minimum Requirements
- Basic hands-on crypto wallet experience
- Understanding of networks and fees (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with spreadsheets
- Basic English for daily tasks
Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
