Job Title: Wallet Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Wallet Operations Specialist to support daily crypto wallet and transaction operations.

Your main task is to check transfers, monitor transaction status, and help keep payment workflows stable.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming and outgoing transactions
• Verify network, address, and fee details before sending
• Track transfer status using blockchain explorers
• Maintain simple reports in Excel / Google Sheets
• Escalate complex cases to senior risk/ops teammates

Minimum Requirements

• Basic hands-on crypto wallet experience
• Understanding of networks and fees (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with spreadsheets
• Basic English for daily tasks

Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
