You will set the roadmap, drive every sprint, and be the person every engineer, designer, and stakeholder looks to when a decision needs to be made. The PM who thrives here reads every ticket, tracks every dependency, asks the uncomfortable question before it becomes a launch incident, and keeps five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them. If you want to build something that ships to real users, moves markets, and carries your fingerprints from concept to production, we want to hear from you. ### Key Responsibilities - **Product Development and Roadmap:** Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value. - Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions. - **Quality & Delivery:** Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops. ### Mandatory Requirements - 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role. - Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features. - Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective. - Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and get engineers, designers, and business stakeholders pulling toward the same outcome at the same time. - Equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You do not hand things off and disappear. - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You do your best work when the stakes are high and the timeline is short. - Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana, etc. - Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, JavaScript. - Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus. ### Important Information for Candidates Recruitment scams have become increasingly common. To protect yourself, please keep the following in mind when applying for roles: 1. **Apply only through our official channels.** We do not use third-party platforms or agencies for recruitment unless clearly stated. remote in Brazil

This is a remote role for candidates located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. About LawnStarter LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services — operating across three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) on a single shared platform. About Engineering at LawnStarter We're restructuring engineering around initiative teams: a Product Engineer paired with a PM and a designer, with an Engineering Manager who covers a couple of initiatives and supports your growth. The engineer leads AI agents like a team, ships the work, and is accountable — with the rest of the triangle — for whether the initiative moves its metric. We're betting that 1–2 strong engineers running AI agents can outship the labor-team model that defined the last decade of software. That bet only works if the engineers we hire are wired for ownership and can ship to a marketplace with real customers and pros on both sides. The Role You're the engineering anchor of one initiative at a time. The initiative is a team effort — an iron triangle of you, your PM, and your designer — and you have key participation across the full lifecycle: shaping the problem, deciding the technical approach, leading the AI agents that implement most of the code, shipping to production, and answering for the outcome alongside the rest of the triangle. You're accountable for the outcome — not for the volume of code merged. If an agent can ship it safely, your job is to make sure the agent does it right and the metric moves. If the initiative needs hand-written code in a sensitive area, you write it yourself. What makes this role different: You lead AI agents, not humans. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and our internal agent stack are your team. You own the quality, safety, and velocity of what they produce. You own an outcome, not a ticket queue. Problem-framing through production through the metric review 2–4 weeks after launch. You partner horizontally with PM and design. No tech lead above you. No architect approval. No ticket grooming committee. The bar is staff, not senior. You make the call when the call needs to be made. If you're waiting to be told, this isn't the role. What You'll Own The technical approach — architecture, data model, integration choices, rollout plan, observability, and rollback strategy for your initiative. You make the call, document it, and revisit it if the data says you were wrong. Agent-led implementation quality — the prompts, guardrails, evals, tests, and review loop that let agents ship safe, correct, production-ready code on your initiative. Most lines will be agent-authored. You're accountable for them. Cross-functional partnership — daily working contact with your PM (scope, tradeoffs) and your designer (UX decisions, in-tool prototyping with agents), and weekly check-ins with your EM (initiative health, blockers, growth). The initiative outcome — the specific metric the initiative was set up to move. In partnership with your PM, you present results 2–4 weeks post-launch and share the "did it work" answer. A high bar for what ships under your name — production correctness, security posture, performance, observability, and the experience for customers and pros. Agents accelerate you; they don't lower the bar. Problems to Solve Leading AI agents at staff-level qualityMost of the code on your initiative will be authored by AI agents. The work is making agents ship as if a senior engineer wrote it: prompts that encode our codebase conventions, evals that catch hallucinations before merge, tests that exercise the edges, observability that catches the regression in production before a customer reports it. How do you build the agent workflow that lets one engineer ship what used to take a team? Owning an outcome without a tech leadYou don't have a tech lead to approve your design or an architect to escalate to. You have an EM who covers a couple of initiatives and peers on adjacent ones. How do you make calls fast, document them clearly, and stay accountable to the outcome — without slowing down for hierarchy that no longer exists? Shipping outcomes, not featuresThe initiative will be measured by a metric — a conversion rate, a retention curve, a pro-funnel KPI, a unit economics shift. You're accountable for the number, not the feature. How do you scope to actually move it, decide what to not build, and have the discipline to follow up 2–4 weeks after launch even when the next initiative is calling? What Success Looks Like (Year 1) Initiative outcomes hit — You've shipped 3–4 initiatives end-to-end, and at least two clearly moved the metric they were set up to move (with the post-launch review to prove it). Agent workflow that travels — The prompts, evals, and review loop you built for your initiative are adopted by at least one other engineer on an adjacent initiative. Cycle time — Median time from problem-framing to first production rollout on your initiatives is meaningfully shorter than the pre-restructure baseline. Zero "agent-shipped that" incidents — No customer- or pro-facing regression traceable to agent-authored code that you missed in review. Visible leverage — Other engineers point to artifacts you left behind — runbooks, evals, agent workflows, post-launch write-ups — as references they use. Who You Are AI-native. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent are how you ship — daily, on production work. You have opinions about prompts, evals, agent loops, MCP servers, and review workflows, and you know when to let the agent run vs. write it yourself. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you describe AI coding as "something you're exploring" or prefer to write everything by hand. Already operating at lead level. You may currently be titled Senior, Staff, Lead, or Principal — but in practice you've been the person making the call, shipping the hard thing, and answering for whether it worked. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you've always had a tech lead breaking down the work for you. Outcome-driven, not output-driven. You measure your week in "did the metric move" and "did the experience get better," not in tickets closed. You read the post-launch dashboard and you own the answer. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you take pride in volume of code shipped or feel uncomfortable being measured on a number you don't fully control. A strong horizontal partner. You hold your own with a strong PM and a strong designer. You bring engineering judgment to product calls and product judgment to engineering calls. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you hide behind "that's product's decision" or default to RICE-scoring tickets handed down to you. Decisive and documented. Architecture decisions, data-model choices, rollout plans — you write them down, get fast input, and move. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you wait for consensus on questions that have a clear right answer, or if you make calls and never write them down. Raises the floor, not just the ceiling. Your impact compounds beyond your own initiative because you leave artifacts — agent workflows, evals, runbooks, post-launch reviews. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you're a lone wolf who ships brilliantly but leaves nothing reusable behind. Cares about customers and pros. This is a real-world marketplace with real people on both sides. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you're chasing pure engineering elegance over business and customer outcomes. This Role Is NOT A tech lead in an old-style team. No 4–5 engineers reporting up to you on technical direction. The team is you + PM + designer + EM, with AI agents doing most of the implementation. A management role today. People management is the EM's job in this role. That said, the path can grow into management for those who want it — it's an open door, not a closed one. A platform-only or architecture-only role. You're a Product Engineer. You ship features that move metrics, end-to-end. Platform work happens inside the initiative when it's needed for the outcome. A "let AI do everything" role. Agents handle implementation grunt work. You handle judgment, design, safety, and accountability. The bar is higher than the old senior bar, not lower. A research role. This is shipping to a marketplace with $100M+ in bookings. Customers and pros are using what you ship inside the same week. Tech You'll Touch AI agents — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, internal agent stack, MCP servers, evals tooling Backend — PHP/Laravel Frontend — TypeScript/React/React Native (customer & pro apps, web and mobile) Data — Redshift, dbt, Segment, Airflow Infra — AWS, Datadog, Sentry, GitHub Actions Documentation & process — Brain (Claude Code skills + docs repo), Confluence, Jira You don't need every box checked. You need deep skill in at least one of our stacks plus credible production experience with AI coding agents. Benefits Competitive salary of USD $80,000–$100,000 annual base Work from anywhere High ownership and autonomy Fast-moving team that loves to build, learn, and grow

## Common Prefix Common Prefix is a blockchain R&D company with the mission to solve the foundational scientific and engineering challenges that stand in the way of mainstream adoption, particularly in interoperability, scalability, and usability. We combine formal scientific research with production-grade engineering. We have contributed to **Axelar**, **XRP Ledger**, **Ethereum Foundation**, **Sui**, **Flashbots**, and elsewhere, and are trusted partners to protocols building critical infrastructure. We're hiring a full-time **Head of Product**. You will own the product function end-to-end: deciding what we build, who we build it for, and how we know it is working. You will work closely with our scientists, engineers, and BD team to turn deep research into products people actually want to use. --- ### What you'll do - **Own the product roadmap** - Decide what we build next and why, in collaboration with the senior leadership - Write clear specs that capture the problem, the user, and the success criteria - Cut scope ruthlessly to ship faster and learn sooner - **Design the user experience** - Map out user flows for complex on-chain interactions and make them feel simple - Work with designers and engineers to turn flows into shipped product - Build opinionated taste into every screen, transaction, and error state - **Run experiments and measure what matters** - Define the metrics that tell us whether a product is working - Instrument products properly and set up dashboards the whole team can read - Design and run A/B tests where the traffic supports it, and qualitative experiments where it does not - Treat the roadmap as a series of hypotheses to validate or kill - **Stay close to the market** - Use the products our partners, competitors, and the rest of the ecosystem ship, every day - Know the major protocols, wallets, aggregators, and frontends, and the people building them - Track what users are actually doing on-chain and translate that into product opportunities - **Talk to users constantly** - Run user interviews with developers, integrators, and end users of our infrastructure - Sit in on partner calls with BD to hear pain points first-hand - Bring the user voice into every product decision --- ### What we're looking for - Shipped products to real users in crypto, DeFi, or web3, with metrics you can point to - Deep, current knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and the products people actually use - Strong UX sense, with examples of flows or products you designed (UI design skills welcome, not required) - Hands-on experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and lean startup style experimentation - Comfortable spending money to test a market, and equally comfortable killing a product when the data says so - Stellar written and oral communication, in English - High agency, low ego, biased toward shipping --- ### What we offer - The opportunity to shape products used across the blockchain ecosystem, with the support of a strong and influential team in the space - A salary of **$120k-$180k** annually (depending on level), plus stock options - Unlimited PTO - A budget for the equipment and tools you need to do great work - Fully remote, or work from our Athens office if you prefer - Opportunities to travel with work throughout the year - The opportunity to work and learn from world-class scientists from major universities in the field of blockchains, cryptography, and consensus - The chance to work with diverse partners, with many innovative projects, to learn the ins-and-outs of the blockchain market as it develops, and to remain on the bleeding edge of the latest developments in our field --- *We are not accepting outreach from recruiters or staffing agencies. Direct applications only.* When applying, mention the word **CANDYSHOP** to show you read the job post completely.

This is a remote role for candidates located in Florianópolis, Brazil About LawnStarter LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings.

Backed by Ribbit Capital, Franklin Templeton, NYCA, First Round, and Lightspeed Faction, with $23.6M raised in 2025. Trusted by more than 40,000 clients including global leaders such as MoneyGram, WireX, Toku, and more, Crossmint provides embedded smart wallets, on/offramps, cross-chain stablecoin orchestration, tokenization, and other blockchain primitives through simple, developer-friendly APIs that integrate in minutes and scale to millions of users. In January 2026, Crossmint secured MiCA authorization from Spain's CNMV, becoming one of a select few stablecoin infrastructure providers fully licensed to operate across all 27 EU member states and held to the same regulatory standards as traditional financial institutions. Crossmint also powers the Republic of the Marshall Islands' first digital UBI program, backs MoneyGram's new stablecoin cross-border experience launching in LATAM, and recently partnered with WireX to expand multichain stablecoin payment infrastructure to non-EVM networks like Stellar. The future of finance is stablecoin-native. Crossmint makes it easy to get there. ## Location NYC or Miami. Hybrid office setting. ## Type of Employment Full-time ## Salary Range - **Senior level:** $190,000 - $200,000 - **Principal level:** $215,000 - $225,000 *Note: We determine candidate levels through insights gained during the interview process.* ## Seniority 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in driving product success. ## About The Role Crossmint operates at the intersection of stablecoin infrastructure, smart wallets, and regulated payments. The regulatory environment we work in is real and consequential: MiCA authorization, KYC/AML flows, wallet custody models, and cross-border money movement all shape what we build and how we build it. The person who will ramp fastest here is someone who already has regulatory muscle from working inside or closely alongside financial institutions, and who is adding blockchain depth on top of it. That combination is rare, and it is what we are looking for. Crypto-native PMs who have never operated in regulated finance tend to find the compliance side the hardest and slowest part to internalize. We need someone for whom it is already second nature. This PM will own product areas that touch identity, compliance, and wallet infrastructure, working closely with engineering and with clients who have real compliance obligations. You will not be handed a pre-built roadmap. You will shape it, execute against it, and do whatever it takes to ship, including writing documentation, coordinating QA, and talking directly to developers. ## What You Will Do - Own the full lifecycle of compliance-adjacent and wallet-related product areas, from requirements through launch and iteration. - Translate regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, MiCA, jurisdictional rules) into concrete product decisions, working directly with legal, engineering, and external compliance partners. - Define user journeys for identity verification, wallet onboarding, and transaction compliance flows that are both developer-friendly and regulation-ready. - Write developer-facing documentation, API guides, and integration specs when the product requires it. This is part of the role, not a side task. - Participate in QA and testing cycles alongside engineering to ensure compliance and wallet features ship correctly. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators for your product areas, and act on what you find. - Stay close to the competitive landscape in crypto infrastructure, wallet tech, and regulated fintech to ensure Crossmint's product surface stays sharp. - Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and legal to ship products that meet both user needs and compliance requirements. ## What We Are Looking For ### Must-Haves - Genuine experience operating within financial institution regulation: KYC/AML frameworks, payment licensing environments, cross-border compliance obligations, or equivalent. This is the part that takes the longest to internalize if you arrive without it, and we need someone who already has it. - Working blockchain fluency. You can navigate onchain concepts (key management, wallet types, transaction flows, smart contracts) without a lengthy ramp-up. This is learnable, but you should arrive with a real foundation, not a passing familiarity. - 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent in a regulated environment (fintech, payments, crypto, banking, or adjacent). - Demonstrated execution ability. You have shipped products end-to-end in a small team, and you have handled the unglamorous parts: documentation, QA coordination, stakeholder alignment, edge case decisions. - Strong self-direction. You identify what needs to happen, scope it, and move without waiting for someone to hand you the plan. ### Bonus Points We are especially excited to hear from candidates who have: - Experience as a Founder. - Hands-on experience with identity infrastructure: KYC/AML tooling, credential systems, identity verification providers, or decentralized identity. - Prior work on wallet products, key management systems, or custody solutions. - Experience building developer platforms or API-first products. - Background in a startup where your role crossed product, DevRel, and documentation in practice. - Familiarity with MiCA or other crypto-specific regulatory frameworks. ## Why Join Crossmint? As a PM at Crossmint, you will wear many hats and ship quality products fast. If your strongest instinct as a PM is to own the roadmap and delegate everything else, this role will be frustrating for you and for the team. If you thrive on owning problems end-to-end and learning fast in territory you have not fully mapped yet, it will be a strong fit and we would be excited to meet you! ## Benefits - Extensive access to leading AI tools and subscriptions, with AI actively encouraged and integrated into daily workflows. - Stock options program. - We conduct two performance reviews annually. The first addresses performance ratings, bonuses, and promotions. The second encompasses these elements along with salary adjustments reflecting inflation and market conditions. - Unlimited, flexible PTO. - Flexible work schedule. - Company laptop and allowance for any necessary home equipment. - Daily stipend for commuting to the office. - Company-paid trips for annual off-sites and onsites. - Insurance covered by Crossmint. - 401(k) Plan. ## Our Principles - **Results and delivery:** Ship high quality work fast. - **Build for the long term:** Build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Use AI. - **Extreme Ownership:** Be an effective Directly Responsible Individual (DRI). Be proactive. - **Be a team player:** Be an effective and kind colleague providing credible challenge. Be present and reliable.
