## About Polymarket **Polymarket** is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future. We're growing fast – both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire. ## About the Role Polymarket is building **Polymarket US** — a fully regulated, exchange-grade product for American users. We're looking for a senior operator to own everything that touches how users get money in, stay verified, and trust the platform. You'll own the full payments and identity stack for Polymarket US — from the moment a user tries to fund their account to the moment they withdraw, and every compliance and identity checkpoint in between. This is a critical infrastructure role at the intersection of product, engineering, compliance, and external partnerships. ## What You'll Do ### Payments - Own all consumer and exchange payment rails end-to-end — including cards, ACH, bank transfers, wires, and stablecoins - Obsess over uptime, conversion rates, and success rates across every funding method. You will build the dashboards, set the SLAs, and own the outcomes - Understand the exchange and clearing implications of operating within a regulated environment — you should know what a clearing house is, what a DCO and DCM are, and how funding flows interact with the system as a whole - Build and maintain relationships with banks, card networks (Visa, Mastercard), and payment processors, including proactive work on fraud reduction, chargeback management, and expense management - Work cross-functionally across product, backend, and exchange teams to ensure funding flows are seamless from the user's perspective - Work with our compliance and risk teams to optimize payments in support of our users ### Auth & Identity - Own KYC end-to-end — including pass rates, rejection quality, and drop-off at every step of the funnel - Obsess and understand the what and the why behind rejections and false-positives - Monitor identity funnel metrics daily; run experiments to improve conversion without compromising compliance - Understand the regulatory requirements of operating as a CFTC-regulated exchange and translate them into identity requirements - Partner with compliance, legal, and external identity vendors to stay ahead of requirements ## What We're Looking For - 7+ years in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure, ideally at a regulated exchange, neobank, or high-volume consumer fintech - Deep hands-on experience with payment rails (ACH, card, bank integrations), KYC/AML providers, and fraud tooling - You've managed real relationships with card networks or banking partners. You know who to call at Visa when there's a problem - Strong understanding of the US regulatory environment for financial products: CFTC, BSA/AML, KYC requirements - Product-minded: you read conversion funnels, run experiments, and care deeply about user experience, not just compliance checkbox-ticking - Technical enough to work closely with engineers, review APIs, and debug issues. You don't need to write Go but you should be able to read a webhook payload - Very comfortable with ambiguity and speed ## Nice-to-Haves - Experience at a CFTC-regulated entity (DCO, DCM, FCM) - Familiarity with prediction markets - Prior work with payment, risk, and compliance software such as Socure, Plaid, Stripe, Aeropay, and Checkout.com ## Benefits - Competitive salary & equity - Unlimited PTO - Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage - 401k match - Hardware setup — new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*

Alchemy is the only complete developer platform that offers the powerful APIs, SDKs, and tools necessary to build and scale onchain apps and rollups. Our infrastructure powers 70% of the top web3 teams, 90%+ of web2 companies building in web3 and 100+ million end users. Our customers include top web3 brands like Polymarket, OpenSea, Circle, WorldCoin, as well as major global brands like Shopify and Adobe. The Alchemy team draws from decades of deep expertise in massively scalable infrastructure, AI, and blockchain from leadership roles at leading companies and universities like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Stanford, and MIT. We're backed by the world's leading VCs and institutions, including: Lightspeed, Silver Lake, a16z, Coatue, Pantera, Addition, Stanford University, Coinbase, and Charles Schwab, among others. ## About The Role We're looking for a **Growth PM** who can own the next chapter of how Alchemy grows. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market — and the surface area is expanding fast. Our AI agent platform lets autonomous software create wallets, pay for API access in real time, and operate fully on-chain, opening up an entirely new category of user to acquire, activate, and retain. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, move fast, and build something that compounds. You'll have full end-to-end ownership of the growth motion — strategy, experimentation, and the number. You'll have a direct line to leadership, high visibility across the org, and the resources to move fast and make a real dent. ### What You'll Do - Own the full growth funnel — set the strategy, define the metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across our developer platform - Identify and build the compounding loops that turn great developer experience into organic growth — referrals, word of mouth, community, virality - Deeply instrument the product to understand where developers convert, where they drop off, and what moves the needle - Run a high-velocity experimentation program — rapid A/B tests, sharp hypotheses, and a relentless focus on finding what works - Unlock new growth channels: SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, PLG motions — and figure out which bets compound fastest at our scale - Open up an entirely new growth surface: AI agents are becoming first-class users of developer platforms, and nobody has cracked how to acquire, activate, and retain them yet ## What we're looking for - 4+ years in product, 2–3+ with true end-to-end ownership of growth — you've moved a metric that mattered and can show your work - Deep growth craft — funnel analysis, cohort modeling, experimentation design, channel strategy. You think in loops, not campaigns - Experience with developer-facing or API-first products — Web2 (Stripe, Twilio, Vercel) or Web3, fluency in either translates - Analytical and decisive — you build models fast, pressure-test assumptions, and act on signal - Strong enough to align engineering, marketing, and sales around a growth motion without direct authority ## Benefits and Perks - 🩺 Medical, Dental, & Vision - 💪 Gym Reimbursement - 🖥️ Home Office Build-out Budget - 🥙 In-Office Group Meals - 🧘‍♂️ Wellbeing & Mental Health Perks - 📚 Learning & Development Stipend - 🎉 Company Sponsored Conferences & Events - 💸 HSA and FSA Plans - 🧬 Fertility Benefits ## More on the Role Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. ## About Commons Lab **Funding the Commons** is incubating **Commons Lab**, a newly formed venture incubator building at the intersection of AI and coordination infrastructure. This role is for Commons Lab directly and is being shared via Funding the Commons because that's where our network and community live. Commons Lab works with institutional partners including Protocol Labs and UNDP's Alt Fin Lab, and backs founders building the systems that govern how value flows in the intelligent economy: programmable funding, privacy-preserving identity, agent-native coordination, and financial infrastructure for emerging markets. Learn more at [commonslab.ai/stack](https://commonslab.ai/stack). Our founder pipeline flows from Funding the Commons—a 25,000+ person community, 13 conferences across 4 continents, and 3 builder residencies—into intensive post-residency incubation, with follow-on capital for top performers. We're hiring a founding leader to own incubation. This is one of the earliest and highest-leverage seats in the company: a role for someone who can combine technical judgment, founder empathy, operational design, and AI-native execution. **Compensation:** ~$180K base plus significant founding-team equity in Commons Lab. **Location:** SF preferred. International travel required for residencies including Kenya and future locations. ## What You'll Own * **Founder selection:** Build the evaluation frameworks, scoring systems, and workflows that determine who we back. Your AI market judgment should distinguish genuine technical edge from products that will be commoditized by the next model cycle. * **Builder residencies:** Run intensive residencies with partners like UNDP and BNB Chain. Design curriculum, pair builders with mentors, structure sprint reviews, run demo days, and ensure cohorts produce deployable outputs and real pilots. * **Product-market fit:** Help founders move from prototype to product. Scope MVPs, cut unnecessary features, sharpen user value, find pilot partners, and get teams shipping against real timelines. * **The internal operating system:** Build the infrastructure behind incubation — pipeline automation, builder tracking, institutional reporting, knowledge management, and decision workflows. We expect you to build these systems yourself using tools like Claude, Cursor, and modern agent frameworks. ## Who You Are * **Deep AI market expertise.** You track model capabilities, agent architectures, and infrastructure shifts closely. You know what just became possible, what is about to become possible, and what remains genuinely hard. * **AI-native builder.** You use tools like Claude, Cursor, and modern development frameworks to build working systems quickly. * **Founder empathy.** You've been a founder yourself, or worked closely enough with early-stage founders to understand what actually helps. * **Product instinct.** You've helped early-stage teams find product-market fit. You know how to pressure-test scope, user value, sequencing, and speed. * **High trust, high candor.** You can mentor a first-time founder in Nairobi and present to a UNDP programme team in the same week. ## Strongly Preferred * Expertise in programmable funding, privacy/identity, distribution infrastructure, or agent-native coordination. * Blockchain/crypto literacy. * Experience with institutional partners such as UN agencies, foundations, or governments. ## How to Apply Apply at: [https://commonslab.ai/join](https://commonslab.ai/join) *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*

## About Us Lorikeet is redefining what customer support looks like — and we're just getting started. We build AI that handles complex, high-volume support for fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces, and delivery services. Not chatbot-tier AI. The kind that actually resolves tickets, gives support teams their time back, and raises the bar for what software can do. We're backed by over $50M USD from QED, Blackbird, and Square Peg, with backing from operators like Claire Hughes Johnson (ex-Stripe COO) and Cristina Cordova (Linear COO), plus founders of Canva, Atlassian, and Airwallex. We're the first company since Canva to be funded at early stage by all three of Australia's top VC funds — which tells you something about the calibre of people who've looked closely at what we're building and said yes. Our customers include some of the largest telehealth, fintech, and marketplace companies in the US and Australia — many handling over a million support tickets a year. The problems are real, the scale is real, and the work matters. If you want to build something that genuinely changes how businesses and customers interact — this is the place. ## Solutions Architect We're hiring a **Solutions Architect** for our US-based remote team. Over time, you’re going to break new ground with our customers and help them enable mind-blowing experiences for their end users. The sky is the limit for what you’ll be able to help our customers do, and for the right candidate, that’s the most exciting part. ### What you'll do - Be an AI expert and evangelist for Lorikeet’s customer base - Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment - Build and configure workflows in Lorikeet's AI tools to meet each unique customer’s goals - Understand customers’ businesses and recommend innovative AI solutions beyond typical customer support to achieve their business goals - Work with our product team to represent customer needs, provide feedback, and inform both our short-term and long-term product strategy - Guide customers through technical implementation while building strong relationships - Solve complex integration challenges creatively and efficiently ### The right candidate This role is perfect for someone who is (1) deeply interested in AI, (2) is excited to build technical skills relevant to AI, and (3) is energized by operating at the nexus of the technical implementation of AI and ensuring customer success. We need someone who is technically-minded and excited to dive into the technical aspects of AI, loves building, learning, and tinkering, and most importantly, is hyper-focused on customer impact. We know firsthand that diverse teams are higher performing and are proud that our team reflects a broad spectrum of identities and lived experiences. ## About Lorikeet Lorikeet is the most powerful customer support AI for complex businesses like fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces and delivery services. We're doing this by building ground up from the premise that most support responses should be automated with transparent, customizable AI, and that support teams should spend their time managing automation and engaging with complex cases, not grinding through high volumes of simple tickets. Once teams are freed from reactive support, we want to help them tackle what's next: providing personalized concierge services to their customers. To deliver this combination of powerful AI systems and well designed tooling we're leveraging Jamie's experience as an early member of Google's generative AI team and Steve's experience building for operational teams at Stripe, as well as the experience of our team who've joined us from places like Stripe, Canva, Atlassian, Dropbox and Dovetail. We are growing fast, have paying customers, real revenue, an exciting roadmap and a strong sales pipeline. We've raised over USD $50M from leading VCs and angel investors, including QED, Blackbird, Square Peg, Claire Hughes Johnson (ex-Stripe COO), Cristina Cordova (Linear COO), Bob Van Winden (Stripe Head of Support), and Cos Nicolaescu (Brex CTO). ### Our Global Customers Include - The largest telehealth company in Australia - The largest bank for teens in the US - One of the largest NFT marketplaces by trading volume - The leading virtual specialty-care platform in the US - One of the largest flexible rent-payment platforms in the US - One of the largest Web3 gaming companies … and a handful of other enterprise customers with over 1 million support tickets a year. ### What's Unique About This Opportunity **Warm, mature, flexible culture.** Low ego, high trust team. No tolerance for 'talented jerks'. We embrace a) working efficiently, and b) working flexible hours to fit in life priorities outside of work. We're committed to building a diverse team and really encourage folks from underrepresented backgrounds to reach out — we value user obsession and eagerness to learn over traditional credentials. **High pay, high expectations, high performance.** We aim to match unicorn / scale-up compensation for high performers.

## Location Boston / Remote ## Employment Type Full time ## Location Type Remote ## Department Sales ## Who This Is For Most enterprise data is a mess. Not because companies lack data - they have too much of it, poorly connected, locked in silos, and inaccessible to the people who need it most. edisyl fixes that with agentic AI. But technology alone doesn't close deals. You've been in rooms where the problem is real, the technology is credible, and the deal still falls apart because no one could hold it together. You've been the one who held it together. You're energized by complexity, not paralyzed by it. You can sit in a technical discovery session, understand what's actually being built, and turn it into a commercial narrative that makes a VP of Data Engineering and a CFO both lean in. You build relationships that outlast any single deal. You write things people forward to their colleagues. You're not looking for a playbook. You're looking for the chance to write one. ## About edisyl edisyl builds AI solutions that turn messy institutional data into decisions, workflows, and outcomes. We came out of blockchain data infrastructure - 8 years, 20+ chains, 700M+ resolved wallets - and now deploy that capability to enterprises navigating the same challenge: how to make their data work for them at scale, without armies of analysts. We have active deployments with Fidelity and Interlochen, a proven architecture, and inbound from firms that need what we've built. The technology works. What we're building now is the enterprise motion around it. ## The Role We're looking for someone to work directly with the CEO to build enterprise relationships and close deals. This is not a quota-carrying AE role. It's closer to a founding GTM partner - someone with high EQ, creative deal instincts, and the ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust at multiple levels. ## What You'll Actually Do ### Work the enterprise deal cycle alongside the CEO - Own the mechanics: discovery prep, proposal drafting, SOW structuring, contract navigation, procurement sequencing - Help shape positioning for each account - this is consultative selling, not product selling - Keep deals moving; know where each opportunity stands and what it needs next ### Translate between our engineering team and the business - You don't need to write code, but you need to hold your own in a conversation about data pipelines, AI agents, and cloud infrastructure - Sit in technical discovery sessions; understand what our solutions actually do, then help package it into commercial proposals and SOWs that make sense - Work with our CTO and data science leads to scope what's deliverable, at what margin, on what timeline ### Build the playbook as we go - Develop repeatable engagement models - from POC to expansion SOW to subscription - that we can run across multiple accounts simultaneously - Think in deal economics: services vs. software mix, margin targets, expansion triggers, long-term account value - Build templates and frameworks so that enterprise sales becomes a system, not a series of heroic one-offs ### Own your relationships - The CEO opens doors; you build the ongoing relationships with champions, technical evaluators, and procurement contacts - Represent edisyl at industry events and in direct outreach - cold outreach to senior technical leaders at large enterprises should feel natural to you - Manage the rhythm of communication so the CEO's time is preserved for highest-leverage moments ## What Success Looks Like in Year One By the end of year one, you've closed two to three enterprise deals, each with a named champion you cultivated - not inherited. You've documented a playbook someone else could follow, and you've built a pipeline that reflects real relationships, not just names in a CRM. The measure isn't just revenue - it's whether the enterprise motion is a real, repeatable thing that exists because you built it. You'll know you're winning when the deals you're running have genuine momentum behind them, the champions in your accounts are calling you, and the CEO stops having to carry the deal mechanics and shows up only at the moments that need them. ## Compensation Competitive base salary, meaningful early-stage equity, and a variable component tied directly to the deals you close. Equity is real and early - this is a founding role and we price it that way. Variable is tied to deal outcomes you directly influence. We'll be transparent about the full picture in our first conversation. ## Who We're Looking For ### Experience - 4–8 years in a role that combined enterprise selling with technical understanding: enterprise sales at a data or AI company, solutions engineering, technical account management, or consulting with a hard pivot into tech - You've been close to six-figure-plus deals; you know what MSAs, SOWs, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder approval chains actually look like - You understand data and AI well enough to talk intelligently about pipelines, models, agents, and infrastructure - not to build them, but to sell them credibly and shape how they're deployed ## The Stuff That's Harder to Teach - **High EQ.** You read rooms, adjust your register, and build trust with skeptics. You know the difference between a champion and a blocker and how to work with both. - **Creative deal instinct.** When you hear a problem, you think about how to shape an engagement around it - not just match it to a pricelist. - **Written clarity.** Proposals, SOWs, deal memos. You write things people actually read. - **Organized without being reminded.** You build systems for tracking and follow-up. Deals don't fall through cracks. - **Low ego, high agency.** This role is whatever the deal needs it to be on any given day. You're comfortable with that. - **AI-native.** You stay close to how these tools are evolving and you use them. ## Bonus (Genuinely Not Required) - Background at Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, or another company running a forward-deployed or consultative sales model - Management consulting with a move into enterprise tech - Experience working directly with a CEO or founder in a small-company environment - Familiarity with blockchain data, DeFi, or institutional crypto ## Why This, Why Now edisyl is at the moment where the technology is proven and the enterprise market is ready. We have active deployments, a real architecture, and inbound from firms that need what we've built. The person who takes this role will help build the enterprise motion from the ground up, working directly with a CEO who has done this for 30 years. That's a rare place to learn and a real chance to have outsized impact. ## To Apply
