## About the Company A leading global accelerator supporting top crypto founders and early-stage startups. Since 2020, the accelerator has backed hundreds of startups across **Web3**, **infrastructure**, **DeFi**, **AI**, and **fintech**, with portfolio companies collectively valued in the billions. ## Talent Operator **Location:** New York, United States • Miami, United States • California, United States (Hybrid) - On-site in NYC is the main preference; will consider candidates from Miami and California. - If in California, the expectation is relocation to NYC within 6 months. --- We are looking for a **Talent Operator** to join us as our first dedicated internal talent hire. This isn't a traditional recruiting role; you will be the "internal engine" of the company, working directly with the founders to build a world-class team from the ground up. You're someone who views talent as a strategic puzzle. You'll be responsible for managing our external partners and building the operational infrastructure that allows us to scale. As we grow toward 200 employees, you will have a clear path to progress. --- ### What You'll Own - **The Orchestrator:** Manage the end-to-end hiring machine. You'll liaise internally with hiring managers to define roles and externally with elite search firms to ensure our pipeline is always moving. - **Founder Partnership:** Work hand-in-hand with founders to define hiring bars and ensure a world-class candidate experience. - **Systems & Data:** Own the **CRM/ATS**. You'll keep our data pristine, ensuring every candidate interaction is tracked and every follow-up is executed with precision. - **Operations:** Handle the heavy lifting of high-volume scheduling and interview coordination. --- ### Requirements #### Who You Are - **0–3 Years of Experience:** You might be a recent grad from a top-tier college or someone with early experience at a VC, high-growth startup, or recruitment company. - **High agency, full ownership.** You don't wait for direction or for the perfect brief. You identify opportunities and get excited running the experiments yourself. - **The "Internal Engine":** You are hyper-organized and thrive on making things run more efficiently.
