## Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, NY, for a **Regional Sales Director** overseeing the United States and South America markets. The Regional Sales Director will lead sales initiatives to drive growth, identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities, and establish long-lasting client relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, developing sales operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve revenue and business targets.
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations to drive strategy and results
- Expertise in Customer Service and relationship-building to engage and retain clients
- Strong background in Team Management, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities in emerging markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the blockchain and digital asset industries is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English and Spanish to efficiently communicate across both markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
