Work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the world, including intelligence analysts, defense veterans, data engineers, quant researchers, linguists, and more. ## Role Overview We’re seeking a driven **Sales Director** to drive Inca’s growth across the APAC region. The ideal candidate is fluent in the digital-asset ecosystem — from exchanges to Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks — and experienced in selling complex, data-driven products or services. You should be equally comfortable talking to compliance officers at exchanges, government agencies, and risk/legal teams at global financial institutions. This role combines technical fluency with relationship-building and strategic sales execution. You’ll work directly with Inca’s leadership, engineers, and analysts to expand our commercial footprint and bring our intelligence capabilities to new partners across the global digital-asset economy. ## Key Responsibilities - Identify and engage high-stakes clients across blockchain networks, exchanges, stablecoin issuers, national government agencies, and Tier-1 financial institutions in the APAC region. - Lead the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation. - Translate complex data and analytics offerings into clear, actionable value propositions for crypto-native and institutional audiences. - Collaborate with internal teams to design statements of work, proof-of-concepts, and intelligence solutions that address client needs. - Create, manage, maintain, and grow a pipeline of new business. - Build and maintain relationships with Layer 1/Layer 2 foundations, analytics vendors, and institutional service providers. - Represent Inca at industry events, summits, and ecosystem gatherings to strengthen brand visibility and establish thought leadership. - Serve as a connector between the crypto sector and institutional stakeholders — bridging market participants, exchanges, and compliance communities. - Provide market intelligence on competitive positioning, emerging technologies, and ecosystem trends. - Contribute to go-to-market planning for new data products, analytics capabilities, and intelligence offerings. - Maintain a disciplined opportunity pipeline and provide regular reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress. - Serve as a critical bridge between APAC market demands and Inca’s engineering teams, ensuring regional product requirements are integrated into the broader development roadmap. ## Required Qualifications - Proven sales or business development experience in blockchain, crypto, data analytics, or financial technology. - Proven success in selling licensed data, analytics, or compliance solutions to governments, law enforcement, or regulated financial institutions. - Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems (Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols, DeFi, stablecoins, custody, compliance, and market infrastructure). - Exceptional communication and presentation skills — capable of articulating technical value to executives, engineers, and compliance professionals. - Demonstrated ability to close consultative, multi-stakeholder sales. ## Why Join Us - Fully remote and flexible work environment. - Competitive salary and benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). - Cutting edge technology and a thought leader in our field. *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*

The R&D team consumes internal and external data sources, processes it, stores it, analyzes it, and helps productize it (as APIs, dashboards, and alerts). * In doing so, the R&D team works closely with Inca’s other teams and supports products, investigations, research, and data that are directly used by Inca’s clients. * R&D is a small and highly collaborative team of engineers and scientists. Suggest solutions, propose changes, and offer your unique perspective. R&D spans Inca's Federal and Commercial sides with an internal firewall. This position is for the U.S. Federal side. * **Candidate must be an American citizen.** * **Security clearance will be required for this position.** * Work on some of our highly interesting projects for clients across Defence, Intelligence, Regulation, Enforcement, Finance, Crypto, Academia, and more. ## Credentials/Skills ### Required Skills and Experience: * Experience with source control tool sets (Git) * Knowledge of CI/CD processes (GitHub Actions, AWS Code) * Understanding of containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker) * Developing Batch ETL/ELT data pipelines * Experience deploying and working with relational databases, and file storage * Performing data acquisition from source databases and APIs ### Comfortable with these programming/querying Languages: * **Required:** Python, SQL * **Nice to have:** GraphQL, GoLang, Java, Solidity, Vyper, Bitcoin Script, CIPHER, SPL (Splunk’s Search Processing Language) ### Beneficial Experience: * Experience interacting with data storage solutions: Amazon S3, RDS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j * Experience with Kafka and Airflow * Building, testing, and training models * Knowledge of cloud resource provisioning, configuration, and automation * Familiarity with NLP techniques & LLMs * Familiarity with blockchains & smart contracts * Familiarity with financial and banking ### Nice to have: * Prior experience in financial services, particularly with trading venues * Software Engineer familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and those within the US or Canada (SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, CSA, CSC, etc.) ## How to apply We are managing all applications through our internal portal.
