The **Revenue Operations Analyst** will work as part of our Sales and Revenue Operations team to support how we attract, convert, and grow client relationships. They will play a key role in optimizing sales and marketing processes, driving automation and enabling data-driven growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple tasks, is very detail-oriented, and brings a sharp analytical mindset to complex operational challenges. At Kruze, you’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple disciplines and work with a wide variety of high-visibility clients and find your passion. --- ### NEED TO HAVE/POSITION REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years of full-time experience in a revenue operations role in a corporate environment - Hands-on experience optimizing sales and marketing processes, managing leads, and supporting workflows - Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM/automation tools - Prior exposure to pipeline reporting, lead generation programs, and/or marketing analytics - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects accurately - Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and identify key insights - Must be willing to work core business hours in the East Coast time zone (approximately 8am to 5pm EST within the U.S.) --- ### NICE TO HAVE/POSITION PREFERENCES - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university - Experience in a high-growth/start-up/entrepreneurial environment - Experience in a professional service firm (accounting, consulting, law firm, marketing/advertising, etc.) - Experience in a fully remote people-centric culture --- ### WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING **Revenue Process, Systems, and Automation (50%)** - Build, document, and maintain scalable revenue operations processes that support Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Tax teams. - Improve how we use Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related GTM tools, including automation for sales development and lead generation. - Support Salesforce administration (workflows, reporting, user management).
