## Story is hiring an experienced Partner Marketing Lead Story is hiring an experienced **Partner Marketing Lead** to develop and execute a world-class partner marketing program. In this role, you will leverage Story-owned channels, including social media, long-form content, and events, to amplify the voices of our ecosystem and infrastructure partners in order to build credibility and social proof for the Story brand. As Story expands its focus toward AI-native infrastructure and applications, this role will support partners across Web3, AI, and adjacent technical ecosystems. You will work closely with the BD team to identify opportunities to drive engagement and growth through partnerships, and with the VP of Marketing to coordinate and execute key partnership announcements. This role is hands-on and execution-oriented, suited to a self-starter who enjoys working cross-functionally and collaborating directly with partners. ### What You'll Do: - Develop win-win co-marketing strategies with partners across the Story ecosystem, including partnership announcements, product enablement, milestone-based marketing, and partner-led activations across Web3 and AI-related initiatives - Assess, triage, and manage inbound ecosystem marketing requests, owning initiatives end-to-end from intake through execution - Create, document, and maintain scalable partner marketing playbooks and processes that support both crypto-native and AI-adjacent partners - Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Story and partner marketing teams, managing communications, relationships, feedback, and ongoing collaboration - Work closely with internal teams across Marketing, BD, Design, Product, and Engineering to execute partner marketing initiatives effectively - Coordinate timelines, approvals, and execution of marketing deliverables across multiple stakeholders - Plan and host partner engagements, including online activations, in-person events, and industry moments - Identify and activate opportunities for partners to share their experiences with their audiences in ways that clearly communicate Story’s value and differentiation across IP, AI, and infrastructure use cases - Track and evaluate the performance of co-marketing initiatives and apply learnings to improve future programs ### Who You Are: - 7 or more years of marketing experience, with exposure to Web3, AI, or other technical ecosystems - Proven experience running scalable, integrated marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders - Working understanding of Web3 culture and partner dynamics, alongside curiosity and interest in AI and emerging infrastructure technologies - Excellent client service and executive communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external relationships - Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational discipline - Self-starter mindset, comfortable operating independently and proactively driving work forward - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments ### Nice To Have: - Agency, consulting, or other client-facing experience - Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, or ecosystem-focused marketing - Prior exposure to AI tooling, data platforms, or developer-focused products *When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.*

With Story, creators and data owners can register their assets on-chain and set usage terms in seconds, dramatically lowering the barrier of today’s complex and antiquated IP legal systems. In February 2025, we launched the Story mainnet, and our native $IP token is now listed on major global exchanges. We recently announced **Confidential Data Rails (CDR)**, a new core feature for Story that enables secure and programmable transfer of private data. This building block makes Story a unique blockchain for the AI era and creates open marketplaces for data and AI models. ### The Role We're looking for a **Senior Blockchain Engineer** to help shape the future of Confidential Data Rails (CDR) and other innovative features for Story. You'll contribute directly to CDR development, improve network performance and reliability, and help build features that make Story the best platform for creators, developers, and AI agents. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership over how new capabilities are designed and implemented. ### What You'll Do: - Design, build, and improve Cosmos SDK modules and Geth precompiled contracts - Design and implement new cryptographic primitives such as Distributed Key Generation (DKG) and Threshold decryption - Work closely with platform, infra, and product teams to define system behavior and integrate new protocol features - Optimize consensus and execution performance, reliability, and efficiency - Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews - Investigate potential reported issues, debug complex distributed system behaviors, and help ensure network stability ### What We're Looking For: - 4+ years of software engineering experience, including significant work with Cosmos SDK, Tendermint/CometBFT, EVM, or other Layer 1 blockchain frameworks - Strong experience with Go (Golang) - Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals and cryptography - Experience with blockchain architecture (consensus, state machines, storage, cryptography), or strong willingness to learn - Comfort working in a fast-moving startup with high ownership and end-to-end responsibility ### Nice To Have: - Experience implementing state-of-the-art cryptographic algorithms - Contributions to blockchain open-source projects - Familiarity with Cosmos Modules - Understanding of token economics or on-chain governance models --- *We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
