## Security GTM Engineer One of our clients is hiring a **Security GTM Engineer** to help build and scale a world-class revenue engine within the Web3 security ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of **Web3 Business Development**, **Technical Sales**, **Security Consulting**, **Pipeline Generation**, **Founder Relations**, and **Revenue Ownership**. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with a solid understanding of blockchain security, DeFi protocols, and Web3 infrastructure. ### About the Opportunity You will engage directly with founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, and ecosystem operators while helping emerging and established blockchain projects strengthen their security posture. ### Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a qualified pipeline of Web3 protocols, DeFi platforms, RWA projects, stablecoin companies, Layer-2 ecosystems, infrastructure providers, wallets, bridges, and blockchain networks. - Identify buying signals and security triggers such as mainnet launches, token launches, governance upgrades, fundraising rounds, and security incidents or exploit risks. - Engage directly with founders, CTOs, technical co-founders, engineering leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders. - Conduct discovery calls to understand protocol architecture, security requirements, and business objectives. - Position the company’s security solutions and audit capabilities against competitors and traditional audit providers. - Collaborate closely with internal audit, research, and security teams to prepare proposals, recommendations, and follow-up strategies. - Develop repeatable outbound sales and GTM playbooks across DeFi, RWA, Stablecoins, Infrastructure, Wallets, Bridges, and Layer-2 ecosystems. - Utilize modern AI and sales technologies including **ChatGPT**, **Claude**, **Clay**, **Apollo**, **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**, **X (Twitter)**, and CRM platforms. - Maintain CRM accuracy, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales discipline. - Drive pipeline growth, revenue generation, and long-term client relationships. ### Ideal Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who are: - **Web3 Business Development** or **Ecosystem Professionals** with 2–3+ years of experience - **Former Founders** with strong sales, operational, and relationship-building capabilities - **Developer Relations (DevRel) Professionals** seeking commercial ownership - **Smart Contract Developers** with strong communication and business skills - **Security Researchers** or **Audit Contest Participants** interested in client-facing roles - **Partnership Managers** from DeFi, Infrastructure, Security, or DevTools organizations - High-agency operators who thrive in fast-moving startup environments ### Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized finance (DeFi) - Knowledge of Smart Contracts, Solidity fundamentals, Stablecoins, RWA protocols, Layer-2 solutions, Bridges, Wallet infrastructure, Staking mechanisms, and Governance systems - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to craft highly personalized outbound messages and founder-level outreach - Strong research, prospecting, and analytical capabilities - High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently - Excellent CRM management and follow-up discipline - Familiarity with AI-powered sales workflows and GTM automation tools - Ability to simplify and communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Revenue-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen ### Preferred Qualifications - Existing relationships with Web3 founders, investors, ecosystem teams, auditors, or developer communities - Experience selling to technical buyers and engineering teams - Prior experience within **Blockchain Security**, **Smart Contract Audits**, **Developer Tools**, **Infrastructure Platforms**, or **Web3 ecosystems** - Experience attending industry conferences, hackathons, and Web3 events - Established personal brand or active presence on **LinkedIn** and/or **X (Twitter)** ### Why Join? - Work at the forefront of Web3 security and blockchain innovation - Collaborate with leading founders, protocols, and ecosystem builders globally - Own revenue generation and directly impact company growth - Engage with innovative projects across DeFi, Infrastructure, RWA, Stablecoins, and Layer-2 ecosystems - Help shape the future of blockchain security and trust --- *When applying, mention the word **CANDYSHOP** to show you read the job post completely.*
