## Role Overview Our client is a fast-growing, compliance-driven digital asset exchange focused on building a sustainable, ecosystem-driven platform for the global crypto industry. We are seeking a senior external-facing leader to serve as the exchange’s primary industry representative and speaker in APAC, representing the company across global conferences, media engagements, and high-profile public forums. This role is not a marketing operations or sales position. It is a high-visibility leadership role centered on public representation, industry relationships, and long-term brand credibility. Remote-based - with frequent international travel. ## Key Responsibilities ### 1. External Representation - Serve as the primary public representative and spokesperson of the exchange across APAC - Represent the company at global and regional conferences, summits, panels, AMAs, and media interviews - Communicate the company’s positioning, values, and ecosystem vision clearly, confidently, and professionally in public forums - Maintain a professional and credible presence while safeguarding the company’s public image in high-visibility environments ### 2. Strategic Relationship Management - Build, maintain, and strengthen senior-level relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders, including projects, public blockchains, institutions, media, and opinion leaders - Engage in strategic dialogues that support long-term ecosystem alignment and brand credibility - Participate in early-stage discussions around potential partnerships or initiatives without owning execution or commercial delivery ### 3. Brand Narrative Alignment - Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to develop and refine the company’s external narrative and messaging framework - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and message discipline across all external-facing communications - Act as a frontline alignment point between internal leadership and external messaging ### 4. Industry Insight & Feedback - Monitor trends across the crypto and Web3 landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitive positioning - Capture frontline industry sentiment, feedback, and emerging signals from external engagements - Provide structured insights and strategic feedback to senior management to support decision-making ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience in crypto, financial services, or technology-related industries - **Native-level English proficiency**, with education and/or professional experience in an English-speaking environment - Proven track record in **external-facing leadership roles**, such as industry spokesperson, brand representative, public affairs, communications, or ecosystem-facing positions - Experience working closely with senior leadership, founders, or executive teams to align external messaging with company strategy - Strong ability to communicate complex or sensitive topics clearly, accurately, and professionally to diverse external audiences - Excellent executive presence, with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in front of cameras and live audiences - Comfortable operating in high-visibility roles with frequent public exposure - Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong alignment with internal stakeholders ## What We Offer - **Executive-level business travel arrangements**, including international flights and industry engagements - **Build Your Industry Profile & Long-Term Influence** - Internal professional Marketing, PR, and Content teams to support the establishment and growth of a credible industry profile and long-term influence. - A high-visibility platform within a rapidly growing, regulatory-aligned exchange to shape industry narratives and advance ecosystem development Interested candidates please submit a detailed CV together with a recent professional photograph.
