TIENS Europe Region is currently active on more than 20 markets. ## Tasks - Manage the full process of registering digital asset business with Dubai/Europe authorities (e.g., DFSA, DMCC, DIFC, or SCA depending on structure). - Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international cryptocurrency regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. - Oversee day-to-day operations of digital asset platforms, wallets, or trading operations for Dubai and Europe Region. - Ensure proper financial and operational controls, including risk management, reporting, and auditing. - Develop operational policies and procedures for digital asset business. - Monitor financial performance of digital asset operations, including revenue, costs, and compliance reporting. - Coordinate with banks, payment providers, and crypto service providers. - Support strategic planning for expansion or product development in digital assets. - Provide training or guidance to staff on regulatory and operational requirements. ## Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field. - Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred. - Minimum 5–8 years of experience in financial services, banking, or fintech; experience in cryptocurrency/digital assets is essential. - Demonstrable experience handling crypto licensing/registration in Dubai or similar jurisdictions. - Strong understanding of AML/KYC, risk management, compliance, and international digital asset regulations. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. ## Benefits - Comfortable and conveniently located central office workspace. - Opportunity to scale a unique S2B2C model across Europe. - Career path into regional leadership or global digital strategy roles. - Warm and international culture based on respect, collaboration, and giving your ideas a spotlight! - Interactive activities: team-building, company parties, and events. - Broad TIENS product portfolio with attractive employee discounts. *When applying, mention the word **CANDYSHOP** to show you read the job post completely.*
