Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Web3 Engineer with strong experience in smart contract development, blockchain infrastructure, and Web3 integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with EVM-based chains, blockchain node operations, and secure smart contract engineering.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Core Web3 / Blockchain Skills

• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals including:
  • Transactions
  • Blocks
  • Gas fees
  • Wallets and private/public keys
  • RPC architecture
  • Finality
  • Consensus mechanisms
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development using:
  • Solidity (preferred)
  • Hardhat
  • Foundry
  • Truffle
  • Remix
• Experience with EVM-based blockchain networks such as:
  • Ethereum
  • Polygon
  • Arbitrum
  • Optimism
  • Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
• Experience with enterprise blockchain platforms is a plus:
  • Hyperledger Fabric
  • Corda
  • Quorum

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments
• Understanding of blockchain security best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
