Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team to enhance existing banking and wallet fiat channels, including liaising with internal teams (finance, risk, compliance, legal, product, etc.) and external fiat partners, to improve channel conversion rate and user flow.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies to boost fiat active users and fiat volume growth, facilitate content building and marketing strategies, and constantly look for ways to improve our customer experience and optimize product features.
- Stay on top of local user and community feedback and competitor insights to optimize product offering, marketing, and operation strategies.
- Lead local fiat growth and other business development activities, exploring collaboration opportunities with local fiat partners, blockchain/crypto communities, and associations to expand fiat awareness in the global market.
- Monitor and analyze data to discover anomalies and trends that might be relevant to technical issues or potential areas to improve growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in finance/International Business, with 3-5 years of experience in the payment industry or relevant fields.
- Payment experience with LatAm local channels.
- Previous operational experience with banking/wallet channels is a plus.
- Interested in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and trading or the finance/banking/payments industry.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience.
- Data-savvy, with an understanding of basic operational metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure.
