Token Relations is seeking a Research Analyst with an institutional focus to join our growing team in NYC. The right candidate will play a crucial role in creating clear, direct analytically-driven updates for our ecosystem relations and investor relations verticals.

This role is ideal for someone who has a hawkeye on the crypto market from both a quantitative and qualitative angle, can manage multiple client relationships and produce neutral high-quality research and investor-facing updates for a global audience.

As an analyst, you’ll work closely with the founder and internal teams to expand our offerings across newsletters, reports, livestreams and ecosystems. Your work will help some of the most prominent teams in crypto communicate their narratives, strategies, and credibility to institutions (not by overpromising or marketing.)

This is a huge opportunity for someone looking to build an expansive career in crypto as Token Relations has scaled rapidly with our articles read by millions globally. We work with a number of leading teams like Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, Chainlink, Ripple and Aptos to help shape their narratives.

As we onboard additional market-leading partners, we are looking for an analyst with a skillset of speaking to institutional audiences, who can help scale our analysis, while maintaining high standards of clarity, neutrality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, data-driven investor updates, by analyzing protocol announcements, product changes, onchain and off-chain data, and broader market dynamics
• Make complex technical concepts like tokenization, stablecoins, DeFi, tokenomics, and protocol design into accessible third-party insights for any institutional or retail audience
• Manage execution across multiple clients, ensuring accuracy
• Support the growth of partner ecosystems through thoughtful research, strategy, and distribution across the Token Relations network

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Have a deep understanding and obsession with the crypto industry and enjoy looking into a number of ecosystems with the ability to evaluate projects and narratives through an analytical, neutral lens
• Excellent writing (we do not use AI to write) and can translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand, yet still analytical content for an array of audiences
• Keep up to date with the crypto culture and zeitgeist on CT
• 2+ years of experience in research, technical writing, investor communications, or analytical roles within crypto, financial services, or adjacent technology sectors
• Prior experience working with or within blockchains, protocols, token issuers, infrastructure providers, or crypto-native organizations is strongly preferred
• Based in NYC preferred, but will consider other highly qualified US candidates
• Ambitious fast learner and problem solver with a passion for learning and building long term in a startup culture
